Me too frustrated over Shyam appearing for 2-3 minutes a week and then gayab. It kind of breaks the continuity in the file drama.

Your favorite character - ASR - Go figure. 🤣

AP - Aadha Hai Chandrama for Navrang. One of the oldie goldies from the era where the songs did not have a full high tech orchestra but the basic musical instruments and yet so melodious.

Thank you Hema šŸ¤—
Yeah I generally tend to give one to one analysis on what happened. The main and deep one is left to Sathya, Doodhs Pam and Nia! šŸ˜›
Yesss!! ASR is back and he has and will always be my fav character! koi shak!? šŸ˜‰ šŸ˜†

"Hope,... which whispered from Pandora's box after all the other plagues and sorrows had escaped, is the best and last of all things." Ian Caldwell

Pandora's box ...a Greek Myth--a box or rather a jar containing all the evils of the world...that is soon to be opened and as expected will unwittingly unleash chaos all around but as the myth goes after all evil left the angel of hope Astrea was left in the last...self explanatory as how hope will survive after all the chaos...

Today for me was all about trust or lack thereof actually...

To trust or not to trust...every time he does he is reminded of something which makes him doubt her again (example the wrapping paper)...every time he doesn't...the reality later makes him realize he was wrong in judging and blaming her (example the file scene yesterday)

"You believe lies so you eventually learn to trust no one but yourself."
Marilyn Monroe

"The inability to open up to hope is what blocks trust, and blocked trust is the reason for blighted dreams."
Elizabeth Gilbert

TRUST...The importance of it and the disaster the lack of it brings in ones life...how one lie uttered from a crass soul has clouded the vision of a person...how a mind shrouded with misunderstanding is making him judge and hate the only woman he loves...Trust is the only things on which solid foundations of love our laid and maintained for life...

THE BROWN FLOWER by Schreiner, Olive

THE angel who guards the gates of the Kingdom of Heaven left them open one evening by chance, and a man wandered in. As he looked at the silvery light a holy one came up to him. "What are you doing here, friend?" it asked. "You have no pass from the Angel of Death; you must go out again."
And the man answered: "Oh, I am willing to go. I do not wish to stay here" (for the woman he loved was below and his heaven was there).
"But let me only gather a few of these flowers of heaven to place on the heart of one I love."
And the angel said, "Gather them." For it knew he was in the rapture of first love, and the Angels of God look down with pitying eyes when they see soul fiercely knit to soul. And the man gathered from their beds crimson, silver, and golden Flowers of Heaven; Rapturous-joy, Hope-in-the-future, Sweet-touch-of-hands, Union-in-daily-life; these he took and turned to go.
But the angel called him back.
"You have left the best of all," she said. "See that smallbrown flowergrowing close to the root of the tree; take that. For the flowers you have got, they are only immortal in heaven; on the earth they fade."
So he gathered the brown flower, and went. And it came to pass after thirty years that Death went to visit a lonely woman who was at the end of her journey. And Death, Death the all-seeing, before whom all things are laid bare, looked into the lonely woman's bosom.
Once there had been brilliant flowers laid there, by the hand of a man: Rapturous-Joy but that had been nipped by a cruel frost;
Sweet-union-in-daily-life that she had given up to another; the Sweet-touch-of-hands it had dropped from her while she was still young;
Hope-in-the-future it had faded and faded slowly away from her. But when Death looked into her bosom, lying against the old shriveled breast was still one small brown flower, fresh and tender as on the day the man laid it there, and the name of the flower was Trust.

Episode
The mood was set today as Arnav stood judging the harshness of his actions, how he had hurt the person he loved, but by cruel fate he is again reminded of the misunderstanding and in seconds the love turns to hate...and probably hate for himself as he is unable to hate the woman who according to him destroying his sister's life...

A CONFESSION by Alexander Pushkin

I love you - love you, e'en as I
Rage at myself for this obsession,
And as I make my shamed confession,
Despairing at your feet I lie.
I know, I know - It ill becomes me,
I am too old, time to be wise ...

But how? ... This love - it overcomes me,
A sickness this in passion's guise.
When you are near I'm filled with sadness,
When far, I yawn, for life's a bore.
I must pour out this love, this madness,
There's nothing that I long for more!

When your shirts rustle, when, my angel,
Your girlish voice I hear, when your
Light step sounds in the parlor - strangely,
I turn confused, perturbed, unsure.
Your frown - and I'm in pain, I languish;
You smile - and joy defeats distress;

My one reward for a day's anguish
Comes when your, pale hand, love, I kiss.
When you sit, bent over your sewing,
Your eaes cast down and fine curls blowing.
About your face, with tenderness
I like childlike watch, my heart o'erflowing

With love, in my gaze a caress.
Shall I my jealousy and yearning
Describe, my bitterness and woe
When by yourself on some bleak morning
Off on a distant walk you go,
Or with another spend the evening

I am perhaps of love unworthy! ...
But if feigned love, if you would
Pretend, you'd easily deceive me,
For happily would I, believe me,
Deceive myself if but I could!

Arnav

A write-up by Mary Balogh in At Last Comes Love, perfectly describes Arnav's original stance and his thoughts about love:

"Falling in love was as much about receiving as it was giving, was it? It seemed selfish. It was not, though. It was the opposite. Keeping oneself from being loved was to refuse the ultimate gift.

He had thought himself done with romantic love. He had thought himself an incurable cynic. He was not, though.

He was only someone whose heart and mind, and very soul, had been battered and bruised. It was still - and always - safe to give since there was a certain deal of control to be exerted over giving. Taking, or allowing oneself to receive,
was an altogether more risky business.

For receiving meant opening up the heart again.

Perhaps to rejection. Or disillusionment. Or pain. Or even heart break. It was all terribly risky. And all terribly necessary.

And of course, there was the whole issue of trust..."

But he did open up and tried his hand at love and trust, though unfortunately a serpent lay in wait to strike...The evil and venomous lies it whispered created a web of misunderstandings, clouded his vision and made him wary...

His sole purpose of life, his mother figured sister stood to bare the consequences of all the deceitful lies he had heard...so he chose to believe
what he saw i.e the worst...as Joseph J. Ellis said "Because he could not afford to fail, he could not afford to trust."

But as we all know that after darkest of night comes the brightest day the misunderstanding will soon be cleared, the truth will be known to him..things are moving in the right direction...a wrapping paper with Shyam's name has propelled him to think the worse yet again, he is reaching his limit and will burst spilling out the reality of his deeds...but this will lead him closer to the truth...whatever happens...it happens with the will of God...he holds your hand and guides you to do as he wants you to do..."The Universe doesn't like secrets. It conspires to reveal the truth, to lead you to it." ? Lisa Unger, Beautiful Lies

Darling Khushi:

A dream lies dead here. May you softly go
Before this place, and turn away your eyes,
Nor seek to know the look of that which dies
Importuning Life for life. Walk not in woe,
But, for a little, let your step be slow.
And, of your mercy, be not sweetly wise
With words of hope and Spring and tenderer skies.
A dream lies dead; and this all mourners know:

Whenever one drifted petal leaves the tree-
Though white of bloom as it had been before
And proudly waitful of fecundity-
One little loveliness can be no more;
And so must Beauty bow her imperfect head
Because a dream has joined the wistful dead!
Dorothy Parker

The poor soul with her shattered dreams and battered soul chooses to enter her husband's line of vision at the wrong time, little does she know that
the dragon is ready to breathe fire. His stance revealing his anger she immediately gets concerned if her friends'words were responsible for his ire..

Even though you shattered my dreams
I readily forgive thee
Please don't let your silence scream
Share your pain, let your soul free
And maybe I will be able to redeem...
Me...

She wants to find out the reason to dispel his anger, but unfortunately luck has not sided with her as yet...
