Symbolisms at its best
Why in the world are those flower baskets sitting on rooftops? It means that trouble always looms over ASR and Khushi's heads and ultimately, the basket falls on her head symbolizing that Khushi protects ASR by taking the trouble over her head, saving his face. Then the troubles become flowers.
Generator symbolizes their broken marriage. Khushi will try to fix it by poking her fingers and pull the cord in the end. But ASR will join her and do more fixes by poking his fingers too and finally their marriage will be repaired. The screwdriver symbolizes Shyam. While Shyam wants to screw Khushi and drives himself crazy, he will become the hapless tool that fixes the marriage generator. The working generator symbolizes that khushi and ASR will consummate (what the, have s**) with lot of electricity and have lots of kids.
The shivering, quivering flower basket symbolizes how khushi will feel and tip over when ASR makes love to her. Kitschy, I know!!
