Yes, its actually very easy to get into a locked car. As I have seen how it is done for peoplewho accidentally get locked out of their cars.
All they do is slide a wire-hanger or other such thin device down the glass window from the outside, to the point where you feel the door locked, and you can unlatch the door lock from there.
And in India, the land of innovation, that should be no problem at all. 😊
