So the "new normal" continues for another day...

Arnie agreed to going to GH plan kicking and screaming (well not really...but you know what I mean...) but the bottom line is that he gave in to the women's demands after the 3 of them ganged up on him...Pullin Anj into her cause and nani brilliant move Khushi...!!! Ise kehte hein Ghee jab seedhi ungli se na nikle to...

I any case...it was kind of funny to see him at least push it by a day...bechara...filhaal to itni victory se hi khush hona padega...Arnie's expectations for having more control than this have really come down...sort of like IPKKND fans who are happy to see a little sense of conrol on what ever goes on in the show...at least we will pretend after giving so much feed-back on IF...kuch to farq padta hoga...😆😆😆

Any way...as soon as Anj and nani are out...he cant wait to close the door to settle it with Khushi...who starts with her "swami" again...and that when he shuts her by placing his finger on her lips...Well...what did I think about that scene? It was nice but not what I would call great...Liked how Arnie closed his eyes for a brief moment...the director did well by holding the scene for enough length of time...something was still not as intense...exactly why...can't put my finger on it...😛

May be Sanaya moved to calling her buaji a bit to quickly...a little more "after effect" could have been better...There goes Sush with her director cap again...😆😆😆😆

OK...Guuys..the best scene today was Garima and Bua preparing Gupta house ...well the best scene that didn't require Arhi...It was really cute to see them getting all worked up...well done...👏👏👏👏👏

But the best scene was this one...when Khushi says Goodbye to nani and Anj (if I was into symbolism I would say...Khuhsi ain't coming back...there were enough signs...but I will leav eethat to sign people)...😃

I have to say I can really relate to Arnie a lot more than I can to Khushi at this point...who was crying and getting all senti about leaving nani and Anj...I mean are you serious dude? You are just going to another house in the same city hardly 1/2 hour away...and this kind of reaction? Loved it when Arnie gave his I can't believe this expression...

I am sure...many won't agree with me...but preferred the look above...much more than this look...I like it when shaves for sure...but if the hair is to be this long I do like the gel...There was something just so not Arnie about this look...as I said...perhaps the hair should have been cut a bit shorter...

Any way...the scene about Khushi taking his plant along was nice...

Well Well Well...I am going to start making random Mantra's because less than 24 hours of "Ohm Shaveyah Namah" and whoopsie daisyyy HE SHAVES!!!! And i think towards the end he definately has cleaned up his Hair too! Wow I might become a panditni soon 🤣

Awww but poor Barun looked and sounded so stuffy! Damn spring time and allergy season! 😭

Today's Satyanash Moment's:

- Why was Anjali wearing an Entire Bangle store on her wrists???? Good lord her Sari's are getting better and better by the day and brings KKGSR's wardobe to shame. 😡

- Why is Manorama hiding under the stairs? So random and weird really...and did she give him Gasex or Digene or Beano or something for digestion or pain killers I am not too sure on that! And whats wrong with feeding your son in law???😕

- SO humor me here...Arnie leaves the house with a facefull of hair ...while going over this make believe hilly road he decides to shave in his SUV or what? Again Director/Editor can you atleast edit right or use some video editing software that doesnt make you look like fools. Agreed Barun is sick and all but am sure you know enough graphics to fixup and touch up stuff! Edit on this: Inside car Arnie has gel on...outside GH no gel...😕

- Can someone tell manorama and Babbling Bubbly thats its ROBOT and not ROBERT!!! Reminding me of Lion and his Mona and Raaaberttt! 🥱

-Why oh why is Manorama after these sisters???? They havent done anything to hurt the freakshow but shes out to prove one is a Murderer and the other just useless for her son. MIL'S!!!!! Total Monster in Law she is! 😡

- Anjali after shes soaked she says..."Hum fresh hoke aate hain..." Um lady you just got hosed you are fresh already its called Changing...em yeh! 😕

- Shyam is your ideal villian NOT!!! Lord who walks around with this bar of soap with a key imprint on it? First rule of villianery hide soap bar in locker esp when its so important! 😎

What I loved today:

- The entire episode was just awesome! 👏

- The scene where he touches her lips and tell her not to call him Swami was hai SOOO cute!!! Arnie is soo adorable...he knows he can get away with it and he means it...he wont do it to anyone else but her and well she loves everything about it. She wants him to trust her, love her , adore her because really she does the same for him. 😍 AND i liked the intensity in this scene than the comedy track that would have come from the scene they showed in SBS yesterday! Good job CV's for not using that! 🥳

- I love this Khushi and Arnie. They are perfect for each other and for the first time in a VERY LONG time I see a glimpse of where the story left off in December-January. I see glimpses of that unsaid love and why farak padta hai. All this is just comforting to watch and know that well the show is reviiving itself and coming back! YAY! Plus Khushi's clothes kept aside she did look lovely and well Mr. Raizada didnt look shabby himself...esp for being sick ...such cuties!

- Arnie is just becoming totally lovable ya. 😳 The way he says lets just stay here ou wont miss anyone and then towards the end when he tells her if they are going to move into Buaji's forever was pretty funny and darn cute! The entire car scene was actually kinda funny too.

- I missed Buaji SOO much!!! The woman is totally hilarious! The way she tells Garima ki moving the small pieces of furniture here to there wont make a differen...hes a 6 foot guy if you move the ceiling higher that might help!!! OMG totally funny! Then when she tells the cooler my son in law is very hot headed I was rolling. 🤗

- Khushi's songs are really funny. What the What the What the 🤣

- Awww she took his plant along kinda weird but its so cute! Not like Buaji doesnt have plants around her house but definately very cute moments between Khushi and Arnie the plant bought with it. 😍

- Anjali has a peanut head but damn woman did what I was praying that she would! She soaked Shyam and wet the soap bar woohoo!!!! 👏

-Babbling Babli you get rid of that soap bar and you will become my favorite new character on this show i swear! ⭐️

- Arnie has a new phrase too...Holy... hahahahaha 😆 This will be a funny addition to it all but its cool. I will take this anyday! 😛

Overall I loved it all! Get well soon BS you look tons better shaved and less Hairy! 😃

Oh and if anyone is counting...its upto 4 yes FOUR Shiny Polyester Suits now! Yup that was a new suit al-right!!!!

Now for the million dollar question...Do we wish for new clothes tomorrow? or getting rid of Khushi's hair piece?

Khushi is really a namuna; with a pageant wave, she bids adieu in a dramatic fashion, Khushi style😆 The speech was also there with how hard it is to live w/o them😆😆😆

LG was left shocked at such an emotional goodbye & he tried one last ditch effort to escape out of the sasural trip. She had her base covered with the women on her side; she had won half the battle. She then manipulated the LG himself when he asked her to "Get out". 3rd time is a charm or was it 5th or 6th? She knows how to first get him riled up & get kicked out but now we have moved a step further. She finally learns how to convince him & stay in the car, woh bhi pyaar se😆😆😆He tells her to get out & she quietly reminds of him his destination and he should be able to manage w/o her. There is no going back...😆

Aaj mausam hai deewana was back with a new line...saathi hai deewana...😆 but he quietly puts up...Anjali's pyaar overdose works on ASR; he just gives up. Fast learner...great husband material...👏 With KKG as your wife it didn't take much time to master the art of buying peace😆

The plants made a comeback! No one knows it better than Ms KKG; she did it for La. Today she did it for herself. A simple gesture is all it takes to take on the mighty ASR. His eyes just softened, the wind started blowing, the lightly gelled hair blowing...There was a halo in the background...the dhak-dhak's unheard but they were present...This was better than the rabba-ve...

She has mastered the art of winning people over. Her secret - attention to detail, she keeps track of even the smallest of details of those around her. Like she brought the plant along just like she used the "churi & kaanta" in her skit... It makes the other person feel special...This probably comes from her own need to be loved, to feel special. She probably hasn't felt that ever in her life, so she tries very hard to make everyone else around her to feel special. In the hope that maybe someday that gesture is returned in her favor...Very touching...

Even a simple touch; the finger on her lips created a charged atmosphere....The physical attraction re-surfaced...😳 The pause spoke volumes...Yes, that is what was missing all these days...👏 She had planned it well, taken care of everything; Happyji closed his garage...She had her paltan there to welcome them...She meant business...She is a well oiled machine, aakhir patni kiski hai? No inconvenience for her Governor...😳

"Hai re NK..." was music to my ears after an overdose of "hello, hi, bye, bye..." G's were very cute getting the home ready for their garam dhimaag'wala daamad....Buaji was getting a premonition of sorts, Khushi's arrival means a toofan headed their way...is there something brewing or is it just a false alarm to get our hopes up? I would bet my money on the latter...they are just buying time with the maayka trip...maybe some insignificant clue that as usual will go nowhere... cause ASR has had a brain freeze that chilly night on the terrace...🤣

Question of the day - Trimmer or razor? Stubble or Brazilian? Oops...😲 I meant clean shaven......🤣 Me thinks,a rugged ASR all the way!

Hi Spice Girls!! I loved tonight's episode. Sure there were a few annoyances but overall things are heading in the right direction

I loved the way Khushi involved Nani and Anjali in her plans, Arnav was cornered and had no way of getting out. We got yet another scene showing how much Arnav has changed, he could have easily exploded at Khushi after Nani and Anjali left but instead he just put his finger on her lips to stop her from calling him Swami, really loved this scene though the way it played out on SBS was better. Oh well an effective scene nonetheless

I'm with you Sush, I thought Khushi was overdoing it the way she was saying bye to everyone. I am not good with symbolism so I don't know how to interpret that but yes I loved Arnav's reaction to the whole scene and where he said we don't have to go that way no one is sad.

How cute were Garima and Bua as they prepared for Arnav's arrival. While it is not his first visit to their home after marrying Khushi it is the first time he will be staying with them so it is understandable they would want to do what they can to make him comfortable. Really good scene, I have really missed Bua!

So what exactly did Mami give Arnav? Was it pills for indigestion?? It was quite silly and I hope Arnav does not listen to her craziness.

Loved the car scene, especially Khushi's new What the song 😆 Khushi can just be too cute for words. Arnav's reaction was priceless especially when he saw how many things she brought with them, his expressions in this episode were too good!!

It was really sweet the way Khushi included a plant for Arnav, it shows that this isn't only about irritating him. Deep down she does care and does want him to be comfortable during his stay. Arnav was touched.

Babli and Anjali foiled Shyam's plans, don't know if I should be happy about this or not. On one hand, it is good and on another it just drags out things longer with Shyam continuing to sneak around and snoop. I am sick of him going in Arnav and Khushi's room and Anjali repeatedly buying his excuses, he has no right to go in their room when they are not there! On a side note, I have to say Anjali and Shyam do have chemistry its just too bad he is a negative character

Can't wait for tommorow's episode, should be good!! I think Arnav will get along quite well with the Guptas, he has always made himself at home in the past and I think now it will be his turn to have his in laws wrapped around his finger while Khushi can't do a thing.

Poor Barun, its obvious he's not well. Hope he gets well soon!!

Yesss!!!! Great post as usual; the new normal not only continued into today, but I even sensed a slight upward trend. Everything worked today and dare I say it -the heart seemed to be back in IPKKND. I hope the ugly Jinx Monster doesn't come tomorrow and make me eat my words for dinner.

Nevertheless, something just clicked for me today.

-Arnav trying to dictate when they leave was indeed hilarious. He might as well have said "Itna to baksh do mujhe" instead of "Itna to delay kar hi sakta hoon". Nani, Anjali and Khushi smiled indulgently as if granting one wish of a petulant kid 😛

-I liked the lip-finger scene. Khushi nods yes to his "understood", moving her lips on his finger; suddenly he realizes where his finger is and they are both flustered. One of the waaay better rabba-ves of the past couple of weeks.

-Arnav's incredulous expressions at the melodramatic goodbyes were hilarious. I also loved his "see you guys... real soon"

And I agree again. it does seem like Khushi might not be back at RM any time soon. The forum has been in a tizzy over this. Bring it on, I say... anything to get this stagnant tale moving.

-I too preferred the stubbled Arnav today. Something about his freshly shaven look coupled with his muffled voice made him seem not quite himself.

-Loved their interaction in the car. Again, they managed to strike the right balance. Khushi seems to have accepted that her husband isn't exactly Mr. Sunshine. She manages to keep her good mood intact without going to ridiculous lengths. I'm liking this Khushi a lot -she's almost beginning to resemble the Khushi we've come to know and love before she was turned into a caricature of herself.

-Buaji and Garima were awesome today. Why did the CVs have to resort to slapstick these past weeks when they have such talent at their disposal to utilize for filler scenes and parallel tracks??? 😕

-Khushi bringing the plant made me truly go awww... Arnav's expressions made it clear that he knew this was something Khushi and only Khushi could think of. "agar aapko yahan aapke paudhon ki yaad aayi tho?" Too cute 😊

Two above average episodes in a row! Dare we expect this trend to continue all through this week and the next?

Liked the episode. Liked the fact that the tone from yesterday contines. New Normal it is.

Lots of nice moments.

1) Arnav expressions on "2-8 din!!!" Hilarious

2) Expressions on the all the ladies face when ASR says he will go tomorrow not tonight and his subsequent exasperation. " oh come on, itna to mein kar sakta hoon". The finger on lip scene.. just the right amount of awareness-- from Khushi's side first and then Arnie , very nicely done. This is what is missing , the awareness which gets lost in the blink and miss rabba ve's. Arnie walking off to pool , nice touch. Khushi's reflection, could have been nicer.

3)The Gupta's preparing for the damaadji's arrival. Awww. So Sweet! "6 foot ka aadmi hai, chhat oonchi karo to kono baat ho" and " Damaadji ka dimaag garam rehta hai, use thanda karo, baaki NK sambhal lenge" and then , sankadevi ka aana --"toofan ke aane ki chetavani ho" . And boy , was I glad to hear "hai re nandkisor" after such a long while.

4) Khushi's goodbye. Totally get Nani correcting her that it's "aate hai" not "jate hai" . My dadi used to say that all the time. And then Arnav - "To nahi jaate hain...na bura lagega , na yaad aayegi.".. such a typical male reaction to the senti stuff and "see you guys.. real soon!"

5) Mami-Arnav scene . "No rules. No escape. Only illaaj". Barun's expressions rocked here.

6) Mami- miss.B : B didn't like the Payal taunting, did she?

7) Anjali-Shyam: @vee05, Anjali, Shower, Soap , the only thing you missed was Shyam in the mix. Did not understand Anjali's frightened look when Shyam started cornering her, though.

8) Car scene and Arrival: I liked everything. Sanaya just owned this scene. First the "aapko poora din hai mujhe dekhne." and then the 'get-out routine with the sound effects. How easily she got him to reverse that get-out. And that song, with the muttered what the, what the... The "Ghar basana hai kya" and "shut-up" ... vintage ASR. And then the best scene of the day for me, the plant. Oh Khushi, you sweet, adorable girl, you!! and he was completely bowled over by the thoughtfulness , wasn't he?? Loved, loved, loved the acoustical rabba ve playing in the background.. this is what they should have played since after the marriage.

Vee05, I bow to your mantra powers that resulted in a shave and no-gel look when he got out his car. Now, if he just gets a haircut at the laxmi-nagar barber, we would have the helicopter -wala ASR back. But Barun, man,what happened to you? Please take a break, pronto! We will make do with Miss.B

the last time she was at GH, she went from saris to those anarkalis. Can she at least go back to the chamkili dresses? Please, please!

But it was Khushi's day today and Sanaya just rocked. The play of expressions on her face in each scene, going from sadness at his refusal to go to satisfaction when he is convinced, from naughtiness to awareness during the finger on lip scene, the goodbye scene, every moment in the car and then the plant scene was such a treat .And the most amazing part?? Today, the powers-that-be let us see every single one of them !!! The camera actually stopped and let Khushi's feelings play out before moving on -- whattay concept!!!

The new rabba ve, Barun's almost helicopter look, Khushi being Khushi and an episode where everything flowed and nothing was disjointed!! and that definitely is a new normal.

Hi All,

Never get to join this party early enough but I'm working from home today so thought of popping early.

Finally!! Feels like oxygen being pumped into the IPK lungs again. Is it here to stay ? Feeling pretty optimistic , so will not worry about what may happen later and just enjoy the ride. Also read that LM may be back, which is why we are seeing these corrective measures.

BS and SI were fantastic as always. ODB's comeback responses to KKG's emotional drama while leaving RM were just fantastic. I don't know how these guys do this day in and out.

What worked for me:

ASR is just ASR at work, at home he's just a regular guy being manipulated by all the women in his life, felt sorry for him when they all cornered him to agree going to the Gupta's.
Loved when Arnie closes the door and shushes KKG , tells her 'I'm going with you, just don't call me Swami' She almost died!!
The car ride and KKG singing to herself. I don't think he even meant to kick her out, it was their regular nok-jhok.
His expression on seeing the welcome party at home. Also loved his expression when he saw the luggage she had brought along .
The RV during the plant scene was to die for, now these are the RVs we look forward to . Can't take those trip and fall ones anymore.
Small touches like him calling his assistant to take the car was good, liked the fact that KKG had arranged for a private garage
Also liked the fact how Buaji and Garima were prepping for their damaad's visit. It is such a familiar scene in India , it really did bring a smile to my face.

Did not really care for the rest of the RM scenes. What's up with Anji and Creepwa, don't they have a place of their own? Why invade Arhi poolside?

Lastly , I do like it that somehow Anjali and Bubbly are helping the Arhi story , anjaane mein. But waiting for the day when Arhi start using their brains and actually bring Shyam's downfall? No more leaving it to chance.

OK...Sory guys didn't know Barun was sick...That explains the stuffy look in the car... Ms. Vee...Please come up with a mantra for buaji snatching that ugly hai piece from her head...if there is any one who can do it...IT IS SHE!!!!

Are we coming around a corner here in IPK? Second day in a row and lovely episode again. Hope Barun feels better, he did very well in the post RM scenes considering he was sick.

Arnav's resigned acceptance in going to GH was well done. He could have hit the roof if wanted but did not do so, again slowly building their AK relation. They cut Khushi's pouting scene from the SBS, I was looking forward to that scene because
it had both of them closing their eyes! They key point was Khushi became aware of the touch and Arnav a few seconds after that.

The parting scene from RM, Barun has such great expressions!! Mami-Arnav conversations with Arnav's incredulous expressions- priceless!! Uttaraksha is one talented lady!

Car scene was entirely Khushi's, the way she anticipated him to to ask her to get out and then getting back at him but pointing his position if he went either to GH or RM, superb. Sanaya was excellent.

Nice portrayal of scenario in the GH. I have never seen Garima so excited in all her scenes!

I really liked the Plant RV, nice piano background and they both have got back the chemistry where the looks are only for one another totally ignoring their welcome party. Really nice touch of Khushi getting the plant to GH.

Barun's stubble said hi to the razor! With no recliner will they share the bed in GH?
