Since, Khushi is hell bent upon irritating the crap out of Arnav by playing her 'Swami Drama' to the hilt (since he played with her feelings), I think during all this, Khushi will fall harder for him...
She'll start loving taking care of Arnav, she'll be around him all day, paying more attention to him, she'll get to observe Arnav more closely, and this might lead to Khushi falling hard for our guy!
Well, I am just guessing here...something else might happen, but in my opinion, I think this is the best possible outcome! 😃
