Hello everybody!
So, I was looking through the topics tonight and read discussions about how people liked/disliked (mainly disliked) today's episode, and how the cvs are ruining khushi's character.. etc etc!
Yes, I do agree that the cvs have prolly lost their mind or have been drinking way too much thus they're all talli while writing the scripts these days. Also, yes I agree that they are on their way to destroying khushi's character and making her seem like a dumb 5 year old child instead of a hurt depressed helplessly confused & lovelorn wife of arnav. And yes, I think she should take her revenge not by acting/making a fool of herself and arnav, but by really really staying angry and throwing anger into everything she does/says or just go silent and depressed like the lost soul she is. Buuut, hold your horses! I have to point out something which really caught me today:
Arnav's reaction to everything she does!!!!! How could we possibly ignore such an essential point in today's episode?! Oh yes, ofcourse, the answer is, our minds all started unwinding and heading for implosion during the second half of the episode, like 😕 👎🏼
where khushi goes to office and BAM! annoying annoying annoying plus a huge pool of embarrassment from our side to khushi (I bet some of us imagined shaking that girl to reality, like WAKE UP MISS GUPTA SINGH RAIZADA! whatchu think you're doooinnn!!!!you stupid ,STUPID girl!!!!)
So yes, back to my point; After the teeka scene, when she says aap jaldi aayenge na? swami? A normal ASR would shout, literally SHOUT at her and have a hell lot of anger in his voice and eyes but notice, here, today, he didn't shout, nor did he have anger and hatred towards her actions. In fact, what I observed (by raping the replay button for that particular few seconds) was a really really chilled, but helpless arnav shaking khushi and asking her (without words) "please, pleaseee, khushiii, stop the drama, I love you just the way you are! Call me anything, laad governer, whatever you want, but stop thisss, I don't want gopi I want KKGSR! AAAHHH please khushi please!!!"
Yeah, thats exactly what I interpreted from his expression, the word PLEASE. Maybe its because he was still mesmerized by the touch of her face on his face, maybe, but that doesn't explain why he didn't threaten her/ insult her even once throughout the episode, whether she threw ALL of his clothes away, or started behaving like a clingy fool, or interrupted his meeting etc, he only showed anger but NO sign of insult/humiliation toward her, no physical assertion like hurting her till she cried, nothing! Which is why she got encouragement to continue her act, duh!
Isn't that a big improvement plus a sort of calmed down arnav (even though he still "hates" her and is pissed off) after the beauty and the beast revelation? Shouldn't his reaction today, a sort of mellowed down personality, be considered as a sort of continuation from the revelation that her beast IS her prince charming? I don't know, all I know is.. He wasn't ASR today, not even once throughout her movie of making him a facsimile of a sham. He was Arnav, Arnav, Arnav, angry and helplessly annoyed and tired Arnav 😊
