why MU will be cleared after IPL?

guyz,some of us have made post that the MU will be cleared after the IPL as there's a drop in viewers during IPL.but i'm not getting it.if they clear the MU wont the trp rise even if its IPL?whats the advantage if it's cleared after IPL.pl somebody make me understand.

Well the timing for IPL is from 8pm...same time as IPKKND...even if they do change the track and make it more interesting (like clearing of MU), many people especially those with one TV in their house, won't be able to watch IPKKND, simply because other members would want to watch IPL. The TRP's are calculated on basis of viewership during prime time...most of the people will either watch the repeat or on internet...so obviously the TRP's will fall...this is the reason why they will keep showing fillers...so that when IPL is over...people will again get to watch IPKKND at its original prime time of 8pm...thus increasing the TRP's...phew!
