i too had the same thoughts...she goes insane crazy over all these small things, so why not for her own self...there is definitely something fishy...but then when i heard khushi saying "how can one person be soo different towards two people, for his sister he has so much love and care, and for me, so much hate"...thats when i thought, MAYBE that scene was just to show arnavs concern care and love for his sister to such an extent, that he went ahead and googled about papayas...which is highly unexpected from him, but for his sister he will...

but then again...anjali is a very strange character, so i have my doubts about her pregnancy as well...

If you remember in Geet also when Geet was pregnant for months we did not see a baby bump and suddenly she had a miscarriage. I think this production house does not like to bring in kids in their stories. This is just my observation don't know if IPKKND will be different from geet. But my thoughts are when the story progresses towards shyam's exposure in front of anjali they will go in for a miscarriage if she is actually pregnant!
