In response to frustrated viewers!

He is such a complex character - he is dark, he has never known love except for his di (and his mom). And suddenly this girl walks in. He is slowly changing into a softie and he refuses to accept that. There are moments when his heart takes over and he shows his Arnav side, seeing her in pain or in trouble.. comon, we are human after all.. and so is ASR.. there is a mushy romantic in everyone (or well at least in heroes on TV 😛).. but ASR is different, because he hates that she can make him a mushy romantic as opposed to the dark person that everyone else knows.. he hates admitting that someone can actually make him feel the way he feels around her.. so he tries hard to hate her, hence the hateful words, but in the end he himself gets hurt because he can't see her in pain. So its Arnav Khushi rabba ve love - Arnav's hateful words - Khushi's pain- Arnav's regret!!

She is 18! How strong are you at that age? A guy stronger than her holds her.. she tries her best to free herself.. Arnav holds her, I'm sure a part of her enjoys the touch and a part of her wishes she could understand why he tries to hurt her, when surely he has some feelings towards her, she is just still a child, she gets scared when someone grabs her.. with Shyam, she is filled with disgust and fear.. but once she frees herself, she does become bolder and she can stand up to others.. We have seen Khushi become scared even in Rabba ve moments, because she is so overcome with passion she doesn't know what to do either. She doesn't push him away!

Now the MU. Arnav thinks she is having an affair with his BIL - how on earth can he confront her? What if she accepts the fact that she loves Shyam and not Arnav. Can he handle that especially when he feels love towards her? His mind tells him that Khushi, the innocent girl with values, who respects marriage and does everything for his family (and for him) couldn't possibly have such an affair, but then what about what he saw with his own two eyes and heard with his own two ears.. this is not his business, where he can apply logic.. this is a matter of heart, where he is confused.. confronting her might cause him more pain, so he doesn't want to do that! Despite the hate he wants to feel towards her, he still can't help loving her.. in the Ranjha scene, seeing her lie dead in front of him, he couldn't help but pour out his true feelings for her!!.. but he doesn't want to tell her that he loves her in case she laughs at him or denies loving him or even worse accepts that she loves someone else.

I agree I'm a bit upset about his character too.. the fact that he thinks she is innocent, but doesn't do anything about it.. he doesn't have to confront her, right? He doesn't want to hurt Shyam (I'm sure he wants to beat the living daylights out of the creep!) but he doesn't want to hurt his sister! But I'm sure he can work with the facts!

Now Khushi on the other hand, doesn't understand what is happening. She thought he loved her, but then he forced her to marry him, by blackmailing her, something ASR would do, not the Arnav she loved ( the one who was concerned about her, when he thought he had lost her, she cut her wrist, when water or dirt fell into her eye, etc). She tries her best to shout at him, so that she can get the truth out of him, but she fails. Then she tries to annoy him with pranks (like she used to earlier before the MU), hoping that she can drive him crazy and then get him to tell her what is wrong, but that fails too. Now she is getting irritated and short-tempered, just like ASR.. ASR/Arnav is in her heart, just like Heer said.. As for as not telling Payal or Buaji about what happened.. seriously guys, you love someone, do you want others thinking bad about him?? and she is such a dutiful sister/daughter, do you she would want her family to get upset telling them about Shyam's advances.. Payal (groan!!) has her problems to worry about.. (my thoughts about Payal, Akash, Anjali and everyone else will have to wait, now I just want to talk about Arnav and Khushi!) So she can't tell anyone why Arnav forced her into marriage, because she loves him, she does not want anyone thinking or saying anything bad about him (remember the Sethi brothers?) and she doesn't want to trouble anyone by telling them about Shyam's advances.

I'm a bit upset with her character because she is smart, she can come up with these naughty plans unlike ASR. In the 200th episode, she did get the clue that ASR might have come to know about her and Shyam.. but she hasn't done ANYTHING about it.. I mean except from trying to irritate Arnav into revealing the truth.. also there was an episode where she wanted to do something to stop Shyam's advances.. but those two things somehow got lost.. I'm sure the viewers would have loved to see her do something about these two things, but the story went in tangent after that.. she just focussed all her energy on annoying ASR, but not trying to somehow poke him saying things about Shyam, since she suspected that his anger might have something to do with that..

Now about not understanding how the other person feels, well I'm sure deep down both of them know that the other loves them, I mean look at their eyes, the way they can't take their eyes off each other.. but both of them want to hear the other say it, since out loud they say they hate each other!

And one last thing, rabba ve's are not fake.. they can never be fake.. or forced!!!! They hate each other, but when something happens to the other, their heart takes over.. be it her falling down or him getting hit on the head.. !!! But after a few seconds, they realise that they are supposed to show the other that they hate him/her and not show their weakness! I don't remember if the shirt scene had a rabba ve, because that clearly didn't need a rabba ve.. but the kheer scene, even though was fake at start, his love showed towards the end.. don't remember if that was a rabba ve either. Other than those two scenes, there were absolutely no fake love scenes between them!!

According to me, the CVs do such a good job with the characters .. such complex characters, especially Arnav.. good lord! it is that mystery that makes him so attractive.. and the CVs portray him pretty well (except for the fact that they don't make him use his brains to clear the MU!) .. I think the CVs are handling the story well even though they are taking it slow, would you rather have the MU cleared up and the CV's have nothing to say? That is exactly why they are not letting Khushi or Arnav use their brains, instead they are just playing with their emotions, showing us the passionate love and hate.. I mean there is a part of me that wishes the MU would be cleared fast, but then again I want Arnav to hurt Khushi now, so that like Gul Khan said, once the MU is cleared, he will feel so much regret and think of how intense his love will be then!!! I think the MU is going to get cleared soon, Arnav is feeling Khushi's love, so maybe he will do something about it .. and Khushi is feeling pressure from Shyam, so maybe she will do something too.. also she is getting annoyed with Arnav (did you not see her throw the earring!!), so maybe in the next few days we will see them moving towards clearing the MU!!

Omg, how could you possibly say that the episodes are boring and there is no intense love story anymore.. never before has an Indian TV show made me scream or made me sit at the edge of my seat, or make my heart beats go fast!!! Even with the MU, Arnav and Khushi have such a passionate love between them.. look at their eyes.. how dare someone even say that Barun and Sanaya are not acting well? If you think the rabba ve's are fake, or boring, stop watching.. this show is not for you!! Seriously, do you like the other shows better where the actors clearly look like they are acting and certain characters just simply overdo it.. I mean Barun and Sanaya are so natural..

There are days when I didn't watch the episodes, like I couldn't bear to watch the Shyam-Khushi terrace scene.. also days when I don't watch the live online stream, but watch youtube episodes, I forward certain scenes, like Maamiji-Payal Krishna-Radha play.. there were days when I thought I will stop watching IPKKND, but I just couldn't!! Maybe two or three years down the lane, I might.. because like any serial, I'm sure the CV's will run out of things to say.. but now, they have a story.. and let's patiently wait and see where the CVs are taking them.. and please stop criticising the CV's.. is there any other show where the scenes are so unpredictable.. ? I mean that's one reason I love IPKKND, its not like any typical show.. you can never predict what could happen next! and they have given us so many awesome scenes.. be it love or hate, but you have to admit the Arnav-Khushi scenes are still awesome!!!

Anyways, I think I have said a lot and I'm becoming over-emotional.. IPKKND is the first serial to even do that to me.. it's like a part of my life now, and I'm sure all IPKKND fans feel that way.. we don't want the TRPs to go down, but I'm sure SP can't afford to take IPKKND off, because they know how popular it is! That was quite evident from Star Parivaar Awards.. I'm sure they know that people watched it for Barun and Sanaya!! 😊

I mean look at today's episode for example.. so much happened..

Initially Arnav realizes Khushi is good.. and there is some love and respect for her in his eyes.. then suddenly he realizes she is nowhere to be seen, neither is Shyam.. then he sees them together.. ok there you go anger!! and then thanks to Anjali, another misunderstanding! Anjali better not be playing everyone, 'coz if she is, Arnav might kill her once he knows the truth!! So now again lots of anger, but did you see even amidst all that hatred, he couldn't let her fall.. so the rabba ve is justified..

What is an apt rabba ve moment.. that's a moment when they feel real love.. Arnav couldnt' see her fall, Khushi was so touched by the fact that he caught her.. so it was a perfect rabba ve moment.. and the hug omg.. did you see her eyes.. she was so filled with emotion that she was hugging him and that he actually didn't let her fall instead pulled her to him! But of course she couldn't show him that, hence the outburst!! and Arnav on the other hand, I couldn't figure out what that emotion was.. there was so much of hate in his eyes, love for a split second when he looked at her face as she closed her eyes when she thought he was going to leave her..

I'm so glad there is so much anger between them now.. I can feel that turning into an outburst from Khushi any time now.. you can't hold so much anger in you.. you tend to burst out things you never intended to say.. and plus now once Arnav reaches his room, he will see the dhaaga.. and he might realize that Shyam was in his room.. hopefully he wont think it was to see Khushi.. well I don't care anymore.. CVs, make him as angry as you want and make Khushi as angry as you want, just take your time, but make sure when the truth is out, make it spectacular.. !!!!!!! That should satisfy the frustrated viewers!!!

But on the other hand, Shyam disgusting!!!!! Slap me, at least then I can feel your touch.. Omg, that was spot on.. Khushi couldn't even slap him after hearing that.. else the MU would have cleared right then.. that was nicely done, CVs.. Fans, please don't hate me for that. I'm just trying to show you that the CVs are brilliant!! Khushi did want to slap him, she did want to stand up to him 'coz she lets only her PATI hold her hand.. but if she had slapped him, the MU would have gotten over.. but I think that should not be how the MU should get over.. like I said earlier, it needs to be spectacular.. lets keep waiting.. I'm sure the CVs will give us what we want.. lets not forget the Diwali near-kiss, the kisses during Sangeet, the Holi confession and the night on the recliner!!

Haha.. yes.. People say I talk a lot too, because I say out loud everything that comes to my mind.. and now I have realized I seem to write everything that comes to my mind too.. 😉 But then that's the effect IPKKND has had on me.. I can't stop thinking about the show!!! 😊
