he respects payal and he actually apologises to her the marriage which broke bcos of him. maybe payal might reveal somthing abt shyam to arnav. (in my dreams) cvs pls do something to end arhi's suffering. i dont mind even jasoos jamesbond mami doing it🤣

Probably this bonding between Arnav and Payal, sometime later helps Arnav realise that how inncocent Kushi is. She might also let Arnav know how Shyam betrayed Gupta family.
