Khushi knows that Shyam is lusting after her, trying to corner her and get frisky with her. She knows Anjali won't be able to take the truth in such condition, Arnav will not believe her nor does she trust him to take her side and stand up for her. She can go to Payal, but she knows Payal is stressed already with her MIL drama and her husband (Akash) barely stands up for her when in front of the family. She still thinks that Payal's first marriage is an unresolved issue and can cause mayhem if Mami comes to know if it.
In that case, and considering she is a victim of sexual abuse from her BIL, like most victims, she tries to diffuse the matter herself rather than bring it to some other person's notice.
