I don't know if my observation is astute, but it feels like before, Arnav was the one who initiated whatever went on between them and khushi was either asleep/unconscious/just tolerating it for reasons unbeknownst to her 😉
We could probably say that marriage has levelled the physical playing field [Arnav "What The's" in the BG 😆]
As, at least for Khushi, her behaviour is way more overt. She acts towards him as opposed to reacts.

and i think that's a khushi-evolution because khushi is shown less romantic than Arnav 😃

b) show character development
