The clearing of truth can only do one thing - Bring them to a realization:

• they needed to trust each other
• they've been fighting the wrong enemy; hence the frustration
• they can never really hate each other without hurting themselves
• they've been having too many ideas of their own and believing them to be right - Read: Delusional!!
• they have serious communication issues
• they know each other better than they think, but they are excellent at misinterpretations
• they have been pretending and hiding from the truth too long
• they need to take baby-steps to communication and trust building...

Hopefully, he finds out the truth, they get romantic and we get 'rabba ve' scenes, then Khushi finds out why he married her, she is heart broken, he is heart broken, we get some serious making up scenes from Arnav to Khushi😍

The way I see it I think Khushi did trust Arnav but his recent behaviour is making her doubt him.
