Why is kushi doing this?

Hi all

Just had some thoughts about why kushi is behaving differently..

I have some theories may be wrong but let me know what you think.

Like everyone I was also very disappointed about last week after the holi week.

1) Why Kushi is trying to start a business?

Well if you think back she always wanted to provide for her family. She tried to start so many business even before. She tried to start a saree selling business; thanks to hello hi bye bye didn't work out...

Then she tried to make sweet shop and then again thanks to hello hi bye bye didn't get any money from Arnav's agent and had to shut it down. Even though she was not happy to work in Raizada house she went to work there to support her family. Then when she stopped working she started teaching kids to make money. So she always wanted to make money to support her family and her parents are now living with Buaji and she doesn't have any earning other than the pension which is also tied up thanks to shyamji...

So i don't think it is out of her character to try and start a business. She always showed the urge to be independent and support her family. So she is trying to establish herself as soon as possible so that when the 6mths are over she will be able to support her parents and family.

Diwali night ' she thought this man who she hated was falling in love with her, when he was going to kiss her and the next minute he announces his engagement with Lavanya. Then he said 'ek ameer athmi thumhare payal ko seene se lekhar beta tha. It doesn't mean anything to me.' She was broken hearted after hearing that.

Valentine's day ' he was showing all the signs that he is in love with her. Got her bangles, helped her to serve food, kissed her, and placed her bindhi for her on the mirror. Then he drags her out of the house and by black mailing her get married to him without any explanation. She was emotionally tortured by his and her family and he didn't even tell anything to anybody.

Holi day ' even in an intoxicated state she starts the conversation with him tells that she is affected by his presence around her. Don't know why and he also confesses his love. If you remember she asks first if he remembers anything and when he says he doesn't she was upset and then only she says she doesn't remember anything. You can see the change on her face and she was not looking at Arnav.

After all these how can she trust him? I will never trust a man like him. She doesn't want to get hurt again and again especially when she says I am used to it, I can tolerate it but not my sister. She knows that she is in love and will not be able to go away from Arnav like the promo says ' door jane na de'. So she is trying to get out of Arnav's life as soon as possible. If that means hurting the man who she loves.

I may be wrong and analyzing the characters a lot, But i did feel that Kushi not giving Arnav food and walking away with hands free on her ears were out of character for her.

She is not going to ask for money from her husband as he thinks that money is everything and money is the reason why she wanted to get married nad he is always trying to show her the aukaath..

Agree with you..excellent post!. Khushi has always been independent so she's doing nothing wrong when she started her own business...Go Girl!!
