Remember the episode when Arnav finds out about Khushi's engagement? Khushi refused him point blank to put the ring on her finger, because it's her engagement ring and she will not wear it when he's putting it on. Now back to recent times. Arnav had to force her to get married to him, but she refused. Almost at once. She was outraged that he would even suggest such an unpardonable thing!
Remember how Anjali wss the one who the ring on her finger after she denied Arnav the privilege? Even upon Buaji's insistence, she had to go back to Arnav's room to fetch back the ring. And Payal was connected to all of this, because Buaji thought that if Khushi married such a "nice boy" like Shyam, even Payaliya would get a good hubby (or something like that. I can't really remember). Now back to recent times, it was for Anjali's safety and also her own sister's safe and happy marriage that she agreed to be married to him.
And remember how Khushi enquired after Anjali's marriage to her? And how she explained the joys of being married and all? Khushi didn't approach Payal. But Anjali. Back to recent times, seems like Anjali is having a crucial role in Khushi's marriage. She seems to be like the Noah's Arc in this storm that has turned Arhi's world upside down.
So, yes. I fully concur with you, that Anjali will be guiding the young couple in their marriage.
SECOND POINT.
Now some discussions on future, and I would be most eagerly awaiting your replies on this one.
Since IPK story-line is somewhat going in circles, like with history coming back to bite Arnav at many points, and many scenes giving us premonitions of what would happen, etc etc, I'll assume this would continue to happen. So how about I chip my penny worth thoughts?
Remember how when Anjali almost DIED when her mangalsutra broke, and Khushi was the one to calm her? Back to future, I'm pretty sure, like you said, that she'd be the one to care for her when Shyam's truth would be out. And she'll manage.
Remember how ASR reverted back to showering La with attentions when he got jealous of KKG? He really burned her in those days. I think there will be a repeat of such events when La will be back (or so it is rumoured to be). He would most definitely make her feel jealous especially since I have a feeling ASR will find out about her "100 ways to annoy ASR: Journal" and will think about paying back "in kind." Could be a possibility. We have all witness how ASR has developed a good sense of humour around KKG.
Remember how La left ASR and she said to KKG, "Chahe Ar samjhe ya na samjhe, lekin tum toh samajhdaar ho. Tum samajh jaogi." La's return to the show will be crucial since I'm quite sure, she'll again clear their paths to unite them. She remove anything that stands between them , and unite them since she cares about them both.
THIRD POINT.

Hmmm. Very true. And as we saw in the end, KKG was worried. Will this kind of bring Arhi together? Maybe she'll ask for help, and things will be revealed. Their was a spoiler that was something like they will both come together to defeat Shyam in his own game of lies and deceit. So... Yeah.
btw, I LOVE THE SPUNK KKGSR SHOWS! 😃 I'd really do that if I were her! 😆 Arnie Baby deserves it anyways! 😆
