BS - Thankyou very much

NK - How are You..

BS - Am Good... How are You ?

NK - Am very Good... Barun you too are very nice... from the moment you spoke I think a few Girls around the world will be fainting right now!

BS - Yeah! C'mon dont say that! [laughs]

NK - What Jaadu have you done on these Girls Barun?

BS - Ehh... No Idea... Am just doing my job [ Laughs]

NK - Okay First let me congratulate you on winning the award in Global Indian Film and Telivision!

BS - Thankyou Thankyou very much! I .. Actually didnt know I had to go to the awards but had to go to the meeting last night. So I couldnt make it to the awards but in the morning my fellow actors told me that I won the Best Actor Award. It was Pleasing.. And I must tell you guys all my fellow actors were far happier than I was !

NK - Your show IPKKND Recently picked up 6 awards at the Star Parivaar Awards... Massive... Nice

BS - Yeah... thats is actually... you just cant take anything from the makers! I think Makers Gul Khan and Nissar Parvez had done a fantastic job!

NK - Totally! Barun you might know about the fan following in India... But do you know how huge fan following you have got in UK, America.. we got e - mails from Switzerland, Bahrain.. South Africa..

BS - Yeah! You told me the other day... But I really have no idea.. being a single person and being working everyday.. I work almost 30 days a month!

NK - WOW !!

BS - Its really.. you know to take it out the popularity that the show has got and all that stuffs gets tough. But the other day, you have told me how popular was it in the UK and all I can say is it is Heartening and Am really Grateful to the people who are liking it and watching it!

NK - Everyone wants to know why are you not on any social networking sites?

BS - Oww... [Laughs] Am actually a very Private Person and I am very sure that I wont be able to live upto the expectation![ Says something... sorry its unclear for me! ]

NK - Okay! Lets talk about your character in the show because the chemistry you and Khushi are having is just Amazing... What say like when you doing the scenes like when this music playing in the BG Rabba Ve and you staring each other for Ages!

BS - Aaah.. I dont think anyone is going to believe that .. we both of us are very honest actors! Majority of the times we are cracking up in this Romantic Scenes... When doing the close shots of Khushi, I need to keep my eyes shut to stop her from laughing and when my close shots are taken most of the time she laughs! Yeah.. we are just honest actors [ Laughs ] to be Honest with you :D

NK - To talk about your character, Arnav is very Hard, non - emotional an unsympathetic character ... Was he difficult to play ?

BS - Yes it was very difficult... At the tme we were preparing for the telecast, me and Sanaya both went through tough times... for every single shot we had to do some 25 - 30 takes!!!! And there was a time when Me and Sanaya both discussed that we are absolutely wrong choices for these characters...! Yeah! Its just worked well... and I dont know if Am the Best guy to portray this and Sanaya ... [NK cuts him in]

NK - Well I think with the reaction you gaining from the fans accross the Globe I think you Probably are the Best choice and there is no doubt about it Barun!

BS - Yeah I am just glad... and to be Honest with you there is now lots of stuff am doing... A very good friend of mine Akshay who is playing Akash in the show I was telling him that I think its the way its written so well ! Its lots of pressure now to be honest with you ... to keep up to the expectation, to keep livering the same way... I think its very well written and I seriosly dont wanna take anything away myself am Hard working... [Laughs] I dont know whether people think as much as I am [Laughs]

KA - Whats your plan after this show ?

BS - I... I have no idea... Am very unpredictable person actually to be honest you! I dont know if I am going to be acting after this... or looking for some work or can be behind the camera...! I really dont know.. As a Kid... when you see someone acting..you imagine I can do better thats how it started actually! But Yeah I really dont know how its gonna end up!

NK - Karishma Any final Message for Barun ??

KA - Just to say YOU ARE LOVELY !!

BS - [Laughs] Thankyou soo much n so you...

NK and BS then talk about Cricket... Barun is excited to talk about it. Barun says that he had once met Sachin in Film City, he was wonderstruck and he kept staring at him! Barun then says about his love towards FOOT BALL !!! He says he cant watch Foot Ball Now a days because of the hectic schedule. Next caller Shinas, she asks a question so sorry I couldnt get what she said! After the call, NK Plays Teri Meri Song...

NK - Did you go to work today ?

BS - Yeah I just got back from work...

NK - Whats your normal routine..?

BS - Oh.. Thats not actually tough to answer... I get back home at 9:30 night... go to sleep around 10:30, 11 ...12 ... And wake up at 8:30 and go to work.. eat Lunch at 2 start shooting again.. I have some snacks around 7 starts shooting again... Pack up around 9 and come back home at 9:30 !

NK - Sanaya says that you are always hungry on sets..you always say *Mujhe Bhook Lag Rahi hai Yaar*

BS - Yeah she is right actually.. thats the first thing I say when I reach the set! Am always Hungry... Actually all are depressed coz I say it every now and then!

ZA - Didnt you try for Bollywood Industry ?

BS - Yeah Zara Lemme be honest with you, everyone in the telivision industry try for the Bollywood Industry! Everyone wants to do the Films eventually but it is Paradox to the situation when people cant do films because they are working for stable incomes at times thats incase of TV .. But yeah I WISH TO DO MOVIES ONE DAY!

NK - Sing "Balwant Kaur" Track which you made so famous.

BS - Well thats not me.. Its actually my Friend Akshay who did that..

NK - But People associate it with you.. we have seen you singing it in interviews.

BS - [ Laughs ] I dont even remember it seriosly... Everytime when we sing there will be Akshay at the Back drop of camera..

NK - You too know.. C'mon ..

BS - Ohh.. Okay... Its a Punjabi Folk Song .. [Barun sings it]

NK - Aww.. I love it.. Brilliant.

BS - Actually you must see how me, Akshay and Sanaya Goofing around in the sets. Barun says how funny it is in the sets. Everyone cracks up jokes each time and its fun to be there.

NK - You are diff from your Character in the drama ... you like cracking jokes, you like playing pranks..

BS - I Love it... If I was to crack a Joke and if that makes some one laugh then that makes my day! For me thats the most important thing. I absolutely make my day by cracking jokes which makes my wife laugh out..

VI - Which is your fav food ? Is it Jalebi .. ??

BS - Jalebi ... no [laughs] because am not much of a Sweet Person. I am not much of hastle with food... off late I like Chinese Food !

VI's bro - What is your fav make of car ?

BS - I like Bikes actually...but I would like to take Ford Mustang One day!

NK - Do you have any plans to come to UK soon ?

BS - I have no idea.. coz of hectic schedules we have in... If I say to Production House that am gonna be off for 2 - 3 days it actually creates Heart Attack for them! [ Laughs]

NK then asks him to go to UK so that they can have a face - face conversation!

BS - I would love to do that ... but I will have to sacrifise my work for that !

NK - Do you shoot in the weekends as well ??

BS - Always Yeah thats what I said.. we shoot for almost 28 - 29 days a month!

RA - Whats your other pass time other than playing cricket and playing pranks...?

BS - I love playing Football...

RA - Do you like singing ?

BS - I write in my free time..

RA - Poetry ?

BS - Yeah.. but I dont get enough time to be honest with you !!! :D

NK - What are the music you like to listen Barun ?

BS - I grew up listening to rock songs.. Thanks to my elder brother!

NK asks about his siblings..

BS - I have an elder sister and my uncle's son Sourav whom I am closer to and he is my elder brother who is crazy about Rock songs ... He is the eldest and spread the Rock song knowledge to the younger ones... 5 - 6 of us would lock up in a room and listen to his music... He is a guitarist too ...

NK - Do you play any instruments ?

BS - No.. but I wish to play Guitar.. I am pretty much hard worker from the very young age ... so couldnt study that... but Yeah I would love to play Guitar!

BS - I have played alotsss... she will have lots of complains about it if you ask her.

NK - I will have an interview with her next week and I will ask about it to her :D

BS - Yeah yeah there is going to be lots... But I cant say one coz I dont know if she would like it or not so its better ask her !

NK - Where were you educated ? Did you study abroad ?

BS - I did not .. I was educated in India ...

NK - Fav Actors ?

BS - I enjoyed Aamir Khan and George Clooney from the beginning.

BS - Oh.. I would love to but actually we shoot the day before it gets telecasted so cant say anything as we too dont have any idea :) The screen play writers work very hard on it... Before we start the day we get our scenes...!

NK - What would you do if you were invisible for a day?

BS - To be honest with you, the question you asked is I would love to do one day! I seriosly need a break now ... not because I work hard or work very long day but the expectations get higher ... I do feel the pressure to be honest with you... Coz there are many people who watch the show across the globe ... As there is such a huge audience.. I will have to pacify them dont if they would love it or end up complaining.

NK - I havent heard any criticisms of you or Sanaya .. Everyone is loving what you both does..

BS - I am glad to hear that... to be honest with you I just wanna carry on with that...

BS - Its difficult.. I cant say its difficult coz its my job! I like Arnav as much as I liked Shravan ... I wanna say its going well!

BS - I really didnt know how it gonna work out when the show started ... Since I did, it worked out really well and people really like whatever am doing ... I am so thankful and grateful as I bagged few awards last night! I called up my Mom and Dad and thanked them for the way they brought me up! They are turning up here tomorrow from Delhi :)
