It was a wonderfully hilarious epi, with bittersweet moments...and some substance, I can't stop watching it...for the first time I haven't forwarded any scenes...and thoroughly enjoyed them..😃

Arnav, Khushi cannot hide the truth, no matter how hard they try, their underlying love comes out..what ever happened to faking love Arnie boy...just seeing how drunk she was..was enough to send him into caring mode from anger...seeing her dancing, and another man taking advantage, was enough to make him possessive..her innocence will always bring the real him out

Despite being drunk..both Arnav and Khushi's turmoil of what they're hiding is etched deep, both feel the pain..albeit in different scenes...he feels torment when hugging Anjali..a moment that is sweet beyond words...she feels despair at the thought of hurting her elders, and wants to let the truth out...

The rabbe-ve scene was beautiful...about time these two start putting two and two together...especially after this holi track, and now that Anjali and nani have witnessed Arnav's love, maybe they'll play a part in the future...and last but not least..time for Shyam to actually step up a notch..

*Hic* Hello *Hic* ladies!!!

So in keeping with the spirit of today's epi and Sush's thread, I got home early too and will crack open a nice bottle of Chianti later - but Chianti doesn't have quite the same kick 😭

My five cents (thoughts) for today...

1. ASR/KKGSR - don't EVER drive in the US if this is what one glass of spirits does to you! Speaking of bhang - what the heck do they put in it anyway...is it marijuana? 😲 So drugs are legal in RM, but alcohol isn't? Umm Naani - hypocrisy much??? 😆 😆 But hey - our leads do make such a cute pair of drunks!

In fact - everyone was happy...I guess the CV's haven't really heard of the term "mean drunk", coz HIGH = HAPPY in their little world :) Also, Naani still standing tall after 2 glasses, and the rest of the family teetering after one. Boy, they grew 'em tough in the old days! 👏

2. Jiji and Jeejaji continue the "ji's" even when they're drunk??? I give up - there's no hope for this pair. Even Mami was funnier with her Saliiim act. I had this sudden vision of Aishwarya Rai doing that in about 20 years - seeing as Jodha Akbar was the last Hindi movie I saw in a theater. 😃

3. When ASR stood there raving about KKGSR - I'll bet Anj and Naani were thinking - Whoa! Maybe them eloping wasn't such a bad idea after all!!! 😉 And seeing as Anj is the only sober one of the lot, does she get to play nursemaid to a bunch of hungover Raizadas the next day??? (Snake doesn't exist in MY little world)

4. He smiles, he dances, he hugs his sister, and he Rabba ve's his girl. CV's - I think you cleaned out that idea bin today - time to hit the story board for next week. 😆

Speaking of which - how many folks think the story is climbing to euphoric heights this week - only to freefall the next? (Maybe one of snake's wacky ideas actually works?) Hasn't that been a consistent pattern on this soap...they LOVE to mess with viewers' heads. I'm going to have put this week's epi's on a loop for the next lean patch.

5. You guessed it - wardrobe! The hairgel is back - damn it. BS - the last person in my family who fell for the gelled look was my grandma, and I'm pretty sure that's not the demographic you're aiming for.

Until tomorrow, ladies - enjoy the hangover!

PS - did anyone see mami playing a fake guitar while dancing? She's actually pretty cool!

PS 2 - ASR FINALLY got to channel his inner Sobti. Continually amazes me how well BS buries it when he's in ASR mode, if he wasn't such a good actor - he'd be schizophrenic :)

@meens, I love that the IPKKND is giving us a treat of episodes this week. The build up to Arnav and Khushi confessing has been good!!!

I liked Payal and Akash today, but it was mostly because of Khushi who made this scene adorable!!!

I completely forgot to mention the fact Khushi called Shyam Jijaji, serves him right. I was wondering when Khushi would get around to calling him that, more of a slap in the face to his delusional mind

Yes Mamaji was a blast to watch, did he have on Mami's glasses?? 😆

Anjali got emotional hearing and seeing Arnav's love for Khushi, its like she knew what was in his heart but hearing him express his feelings was entirely different. Nani and Anjali were as in aww as the viewers were over this scene

I loved the way he twirled her around, it was so cute! I was expecting him to break out in a dance with her right there. Meens, I am just waiting for his heart to catch upto his brain and for him to accept the fact he misunderstood Khushi and she is innocent

Loved the hugs too, I hope the CVs don't strain Anjali and Arnav's relationship because of Shyam. With the article talking about how damaged Anjali is and the way she has been shown to always want peace, its possible she may give Shyam another chance especially since she is pregnant. Anjali may choose to be delusional or forgiving just to hang onto the life she has.

Arnav never wastes an opportunity to remind whoever will listen that Khushi is his wife and yesterday he made it known he is her husband. Love it!

Loved the epi...Mami's one liners where hilarious..."Kameez -phati sari" was the best!

Ha! Payal-Akash...even intoxicated state cannot change their equation...dat shows their life behind closed doors 😆

KKGSR...usual nautanki self...trying 2 preading happiness as always...acheived it too...chirpy...cute...amazing!

Liked mamaji wid coolers 😎...dancing wid gilas on head 😆

oh boy! starting frm the epi...I was thudding all thru...yay! the smilk is back..."akele mein hum kya karte hain"...naughty naughty...
n oh! his blabbing...so cute...more than the blab,it was gaal already laal with gulaal becuming laal laal aftr the blab...hanging head in sharam...a careless move towards her throwing the glass...the bhangra step(my dil goes balle balle)...holding her closer...softer moments between siblings...moving frm one person who said what love is to the one who showed wat love is...so yes! like I said previously he married for his love n I believe it...

If my response doesn't make any sense, blame my insomnia n the epi...I m on bhang high...

Hi Guys...must be the gel...why I did not give it full marks...😆😆😆😆 All kidding aside...fj...I reserve more than 9.5 only for episodes where there is something special happening between our lead couple...Today there was rabba ve...but it was short ...I did not think it went beyond a max score that could have been 9.5...0.1 deducted for Payal and Akash's acting which I found below par...

Princess loved the not Kameez, phati sari dialogue...I think mami's scenes get the best dialgues on the show!!

Although I have to say ...I iked the scene when Arnie talked about Khushi's beauty so freely and openly...That was really an awww...moment😃😃😃😃

Bula everyone (hello in Fijian), I have been home sick this whole week but today's episode was so awesome, needless to say, I burst into fits of cough. Khushi was at her very best, everyone was. Akash did seem out of place. Loved how ASR was all possesive and totally apni wife ka deewana! All in all a really high episode lol

Thanks for the early post. I kept reloading my browser to see if your post comes in early. Believe it or not, I couldn't go to work today after watching bits and pieces of the episode. Am on a total high today 😉

Can't wait to watch the episode on big screen.

Agree with you, it was an all Khushi episode. She gets a big 10 from me!!

Thanks to the IPK team for giving us such a rocking week!! Hope they don't bring us crashing down again, knowing their history, can't trust them completely😊

Great post as usual Sush,but what I don't understand is why they only drink bhang oinly on Holi?...I'm not Hindu and have never seen how Holi is celebrated and was just wondering and also don't weed effect people in a bad way if they are not used to taking it?
