I agree with you... these CVs give us just a short glimpse of a love track... the week before Diwali, the Teri Meri to wedding and now they will do the same thing... so frustrating..

But I think Khushi is closer to the truth right now. Arnav will probably get to know her feelings for him and will set out to find out the truth.

But as the CVs have promised, he needs to feel intense guilt, remorse and work hard for his redemption. Of course fall even more deeply in love with Khushi... if they don't do all of that, then this whole MU track and rona dhona would be a complete waste and I personally will want to clobber the CVs.😡
