He knows now she can't play around with Shyam logically as she is married to him. Yes he will have a let down in front of the family if she does not come back and Anjali will be upset.

Absolutely true...Not only teeny tink weeny but he whole heatedly wants Khushi completely for himself. He is so used to their fightings, her caring nature, her constant blabbering...Due to this misunderstanding we are little behind otherwise this time we may have been hearing good news from Khushi about arrival of jr. raizada...the speed Arnav was going during romance days, and the amount of sexual attraction they both have for each other, this was high possiblity...
