As you said, little slip ups here and there, her genuine warmth and concern for his family, his sister, her unconditional love for him, all of these are manifested in her behaviour..Its just a matter of time before he starts taking notice of those very same things..
You know what? I would love to see him forgiving her, asking to to start afresh, before he knows Shyam's truth, giving her and their love another chance, telling her he is ready to put the past behind and that he will never ever bring it up..And then she can realize the true gravity of the situation, and reject his offer..Telling him in no uncertain terms that a relationship without trust is no relationship at all..I do feel she will leave him, albeit for a short period of time, but she will nonetheless..Its in her nature to forgive, but will she be able to forget how he deemed her guilty and punished her without even giving her a chance to defend her case?

It would show him completely defeated and vulnerable in love...the love he has for her is so overwhelming that he is tired of playing all these games and tired of staying away from her emotionally and physically as well. So tired and so much in love that he cannot be without her anymore and cannot hide it anymore, that he is ready to forget it all n move on. Yes I can totally see him say it.
Just that, Khushi will be shell shocked and absolutely livid that he actually believed that she could have fallen for the guy who was his Di's husband. The fact that he believed that she loved anyone else but him will drive her wrath out of control and she will indeed reject this offer and maybe leave him.

Her leaving him is inevitable in any scenario we predict. She will not be able to gulp this down easily. Its not just conscious, even sub consciously, she always turned to him for everything in her life. She has no clue that he means so much to her, she is not even aware of it. We saw a glimpse of it when she walked into his room unknowingly on the day she came to know about Shyam's identity in RM. It has been him all along and she has unknowingly rested everything she holds in her life in his hands. She has no expectations from anyone else in her life, but him. So this will be a blow she wont be able to take. She will lose it...there will be so much ire that she will not wanna see his face.
Khushi's realization of her love for Arnav also needs to be addressed. Somethings got to give...to make her see where he stands in her life. A few Rabba Ves are not going to help the cause. Wonder if we will see all this as well.
