I loved the Jimmy Choo ad..

I wore my Jessica Simpson 4 inch heels today.. It was so pretty... But Urrrggghhh... My feet is killing me now.. Y is everything pretty so painful..🤔

I do like Gary ..just that when I read the book..i had a different image of Sirius... Gary did a fine job...but its one of those things... you get a picture in your mind..

I can't bring myself to see "Da Vinci code" or "Angels and Demons" mainly because..Tom hanks can never be Robert Langdon ...

Though Matt Damon did fine with Bourne series.. even though I didn't visualize Bourne like that.

For me..if I read the book first...then almost always... I get disappointed by the cast selection..

but with HP.. they did a great job... like they did with GWTW and also "to kill a mocking bird"... so sometimes they do get it right..

Have you read "in her shoes'... that movie was disappointing as well compared to the book..even though the cast selection was fine

Divi, sorry just saw this,I was only on for a few minutes the last time...I totally get what you mean...I've had that happen to me so many times. 😊

I think I'm just a little prejudiced towards Gary Oldman 😉...Initially when I saw him on screen I had the 'what the' moment but he grew on me fairly fast...my only gripe was that in my mind I had this handsome bad boy image of Sirius Black and I cant think of Gary as handsome 😃 So..that was my only complaint considering how many talented good looking actors there are out there..Sirius is my favorite but I dont think thats a hard role to play so I'm sure they could have looked around a bit. They were spot on with Snape and the rest of the cast!! Actually some of those mythical creatures too, I had imagined them differently in my head. 😕

Have you seen BBC's Pride and Prejudice? With Colin Firth? I think they did a superb job with that one. So close to the book and the perfect cast. Cant the same for bride and prejudice. That movie was a big WT*F for me. Didnt like the one with Kiera Knightley either.

Even with 'The Godfather' they did a really good job. Its just as good as the book I thought.

Have you read the 'the devil wears Prada'? I havent read it , just watched the movie but a lot of people said the movie was better than the book. One of those rare cases.

Angels or Demons..didnt really like the book, felt it was too repetitive, just like Da Vinci code and didnt care for the movie either. Da Vinci code, loved the book, again not so much the movie.

I havent read 'in her shoes'...Have you read 'The Client'? I thought that movie was good too. Almost, not quite, but almost as good as the book..

Hmmm...thats all I think of for now...
