Barun, aapne mujeh apka diwani banadiya! (THAT is not an easy task, coz I am rarley one to fall for an actor). But this one has made me fall! :)

I so agree with you DarcyFan, on the context of ASR being played by Barun Sobti! No one in this whole industry, can play Arnav Singh Raizada better than Barun Sobti! He has created a niche for himself and that character is one of the hardest to play and also the one of the Best I've come across (after James Bond)!

I am new to this forum and normall just read posts, but this post has made me want to applaud you, for your awesome post. Your post is one of the best tribute to the actor Barun Sobti.

I am not a great fan of hindi serials, but am hooked to IPKKND and and its the leads who have hypnotised me. Barun has breathed life into ASR.

The raw passion when he gazed at Khushi the Diwali night, made me melt

The pain in his eyes on hearing the news of her engagement, made me cry

His anger at not being able to open his heart, clenched my heart

The hurt when he saw his love in somebody else's arms, pierced my soul

His concern when he sees his love in tears, breaks my heart

His jealousy at his love being admired by someone else, sets of butterflies in my stomach

His possessiveness when he is not the receiver of her attentions, sends shivers down my back

His guilt when realises he hurt his love, touches my heart

His flirty charms when he needs to unsettle his love, makes me blush

His naughty smirk which sends her heart racing, makes me smile

His pride in his lady love's success, warms my heart

His need for her, makes me breathless

With his portrayal of Arnav Singh Raizada , Barun has spoilt us so much that we now crave for a brother like chotey, an inspiration like ASR, and a love like Arnav. I wish i could hate you barun, but I cant, coz everytime I see ASR's loving smile, his naughty smirk, his anger or the varied other emotions that plays on his face and in his eyes, I fall in love with ASR all over again and I end up thanking you Barun, for making me smile.

Barun has converted the imperfect ASR into a perfect partner - to adore, to love and to cherish forever.

True... Barun has come a long way as far as acting is concerned... though he wasn't this brilliant in the beginning, now its such a pleasure watching him act :) And the same goes for Sanaya as well :)
Hope they keep getting better and better :)

I had forgotten making this post. it seems so long ago. kya karen? when i made this post the show was at its peak. the characters asr & kushi were so close 2 our hearts that v felt their pain forgetting they were just fictional characters.

alas all gud things must come 2 an end.

so now v c a love sick puppy asr & a loud, annoying kushi who gets on everyone's nerves including her own 😕

Barun simply looks bored & tired these days
