Lol @ Why wouldn't I be ..after all the pom pom is weak but Khushi is willing. In the words of the immortal PGW, the pom-pom's spirit is willing, but its will is not spirited. 😊

That was a fun read. I now feel like the pom-pom is a metaphor for everything. The meaning of life itself stems from..the pom pom. In keeping with the spirit of the responses on this post, my poor offering on the altar of pom-pom worship:

The Pizzaz of a Paltry pom-pom

I am a pom-pom
tiny and round
But I have feelings
As I will expound

My mistress's name is Khushi
She's what I call silly
The only good thing she did
Is marrying him willy-nilly.

For now, I the pom pom
Am in his face
Whether he likes it or not

Sometimes I will rustle softly
