what the hell does khoon bari taang mean? i kno little hindi but not enough to understand slang and such...it's frustrated me long enough! help me out here guys!

Where there was this movie called "Khoon Bhari Maang" (meaning that the woman's hair-parting was filled with blood) and when Payal injured her leg, Mami cleverly made up the nickname "Khoon Bari Taang." It literally means "Leg filled with blood."

mamiji calls her that because her foot was hurt at the RM and it was bleeding and akash carries her.

"Phati" means torn and well "Saree" is Indian traditional wear. So, basically Khushi had first time ever gone to Shantivan, the Raizada mansion to sell Lukhnow speciality saress made and woven by Buaji. Nani and Anjali had really liked the sarees and given a huge order to purchase 100 some sarees from her. Mami being mami looked down upon Khushi since she was "poor" and it annoyed her that both Nani and Anjali were praising Khushi so much. So, what she does is that she tears the few sample sarees that Khushi had left behind saying that these were bad quality. From next time onwards she started calling Khushi, "Phati Saree".
