5 years after the 6 month contract marriage
Arnav had come down to London for a couple of months as he had taken on a few projects to expand the Raizada Corporation in London. To this day he still remembered each day of the six months he was married to Khushi, from marrying Khushi to Khushi being proved innocent to Khushi leaving him after immediately after the last day of the 6 months. Although she told him that she had forgiven him before leaving and just wanted to start her life afresh, he had still not forgiven himself for what he did to her and vowed that he would not forgive himself until he brought her back into his life, this time with her will. He had searched everywhere possible for her but had had no luck at all. Only Babuji he was told by the Gupta's knew of her whereabouts but Khushi had made him promise to never let her secret out.
Khushi: Lavanya LAVANYAAA, come on!!
LA (running towards Khushi): Oh Khushi, atleast I take a shorter time to dress up than you do (giggling).
Well, after the full truth about Shyam had come out and Khushi's innocence had been proven, Khushi had gotten in contact with Lavanya and confided about everything starting from Shyam to the contract marriage with ASR. Lavanya had arranged for Khushi to come up to London to stay with her as she knew Khushi would need someone to help bring her life back on track and also as she was extremely grateful for all what Khushi had done for her as it had changed her views of life forever. Khushi had been staying with Lavanya since these past five years in London and was currently a partner of Lavanya's Party Planning & Design business. And yes, Khushi now spoke fluent English and her dressing had also modernized! Khushi knew that whatever she did, she would never be able to thank Lavanya enough for what she had done for her. She had helped Khushi to regain herself and become independent.
Today, they were meeting some friends for a film and coincidentally Arnav happened to be at the same mall.
LA: Khushi, why don't you go with Jessica to grab us some popcorn, while I go get the tickets, kay?
Khushi: Okay then, see you in a bit!!!
Khushi was chatting to Jessica and also busily texting someone on the phone while going towards the popcorn counter when she bumped into someone.
Khushi: WHAT THE!!
And guess who she bumped into??
Arnav to obviously started off with a WHAT THE too!!
Arnav then glanced up to see who the pretty figure in red he had bumped into while Khushi did the same to.
Arnav Glanced once at the face he saw infront of him and blinked rapidly twice thinking he must be dreaming.. He then continued to stare at Khushi as if in a trance, his heart beating rapidly
Finally he managed to whisper out
Arnav: Kh..Khushi.. um.. is it really you?? Khushi...
Jessica: Kay!! (the nickname she used for Khushi) Khushi!!, do you know him??
Khushi was still in shock and dazed at seeing Arnav after so long. Even to this day, even though she thought she had gotten over him, her dhak dhak was still present with him being there infront of her..
Khushi: um.. Arnavji aap? .. I mean Mr Raizada??
She then composed herself and answerd Jessica while still looking at him: He's..He's my husband.. I mean was my husband.. But whispered to herself, my soul & heart still take him as my husband..
Jessica did not hear the whisper; however Arnav heard what Khushi said, or rather thought he heard something of that sort but his thoughts were interrupted..
