let's get one thing straight: Shyaam DOES NOT love Khushi. He does have feelings of lust for her, but that is not the same as love. He almost killed her father, he cornered her into an engagement which she did not want, he tries to manipulate her.

Arnav, on the other hand, actually does love her. Yes, he is acting forcefully with her, but that is only because she thinks she is in an affair with Shyaam. But did you notice how he was crushed after he thought that Khushi was in an accident. Did you perchance see the emotional turmoil he goes through every time he thinks Khushi is in discomfort. Or maybe you happened to catch the way he was going to profess his love for her before the whole shyaam-khushi-yucky-forced-hug-scene.

And his crude behavior doesn't make him any less of a prince charming. Keep in mind, he is an orphan, he had no outlet to express his pent up feelings, the entire world seemed to be against him and his di after his parents died, they were kicked out of their house(as shown in the first episode), and he kept busy with his business, which taught him that everyone is competing with him. So, if he doesn't act all polite and all, please, it's not really his fault. His life was pretty messed up as a child.

So to sumarize, Shyaam doesn't love Khushi, and Arnav, who happens to be the perfect prince charming, does.
