When I saw the precap, I was thinking "where is Khushi". Maybe she is in the room, or Arnav just walked away from the hall and left Khushi there.

I don't think they would be sharing a room at this time. I believe Kushi would have the room where she was recuperating after her faint about 5 episodes ago. The room was unusually decorated with a feminine touch eg lace curtains, polka dot bits, pretty wallpaper.

The passion and longings would start when he visits her in that room or vice versa.

Just wait and see...

And as for your other doubt, no he would not have left her behind as he can't bear to see others torture her and also can't take chances of blurting out the details of their marriage. he would have dragged her to the room alongwith him.
