In the last day or two, seeing the women's rights group start their campaigns on deomestic violence and marital rape and people start discussing the legal aspects of a prenum and laws in various countries etc, I was wondering if I had wandered into the wrong forum.

What I was watching was a beautiful love story that is now going to be evolving into more complexity and intensity. I hope forum members strive for a little focus and maturity and pull back from this out of control stage.

I actually enjoy your posts very much and you always bring a voice of reason to this forum. Please PM me if you post anything.

Arnav and Khushi's journey has begun today; officially for the whole world. The intensity of Arnav's and Khushi's emotions was stirring my soul. Arnav hasn't died. Khushi still trusts him and is ready to follow his offer even though it scandalizes her simply because somewhere at the bottom of her heart she knows Arnav will save her. Decisions taken, executed left in its wake thunderous reactions from the family members. While usually Anjali would have accepted her Chote's marriage in whatever way as long as he was married, she too is thunderstruck and is reading way beyond the obvious. I found Garima's reaction a bit OTT compared to Buaji's. When Garima slapped Khushi Arnav actually couldn't take it. His eyes defied the outer emotions and showed a glimpse of real Arnav who actually is repenting his own decision to punish Khushi. His face said it all. He simply loves his Khushi and can not stand any harm coming her way which he will prove duly when Shyam starts his antics. He clearly hated to displease his entire family and even Khushi's but the calmness that prevailed after seeing seething Shyam made it all worth while for him for he knew he has hit the nail in the perfect place! The real Arnav however was seen, all heart broken, sad, teary, in the precap when he apologized to his sister for the route he chose. Now even if Anjali does like Khushi, it is going to be an extremely hard task for Khushi to bring any semblance of normalcy to other members of the household. Poor Khushi hasn't yet got the daughter-in-law's welcome and no proper rasams either and is not probably likely to get it. With Guptas now disowning her sort of, Raizadas not yet coming back to normal, Khushi more than anyone else has already lost almost all besides her chastity (believe me she isn't going to lose that as Arnav is too much of a gentleman). Arnav isn't far behind either. He too has lost a lot in a way. Both Arnav and Khushi never must have dreamt of such a day but alas it is here now. Sad part is that more than Payal probably, Khushi was the one who loved all Shadi Rasams, gala grand event, sajna-dhajna, pom-pom and all but she is the one who has ended up with nothing of it. At least by saying Marriage, Arnav has left a little something inside her, else even that would have drained away in the torrent that followed. Arnav truly loves her and he is about to prove it to her. There is just no respite at present but soon the sun shall rise and bring brightness and warmth back in their lives. Till then their journey through the darkest night of their lives will go on. Thankfully now they have each other.

I actually have saved all the shows since the waiter episode so that I can see them together this weekend and watching this VM was like a quick 'refresher' on what has happened so far.
