I know the mood is sadwa sadwa... let me post Chintu song for you.. not a happy one.. but of my fav songs..he is just really good at doing full justice to any song..be it happy, sad ..qawaali ..anything..

He is really one of the most under-appreciated actors.. I love watching his movies.. Loved the do-dooni-chaar..and luck by chance..he was quite good..

He is underappreciated...Inthink quitevlike Shashi Kapoor was?

Hechad a small role in Fanaa, but was good in that too.

Great actor! Effortless acting...

Badalte Rishte...that's the movie ka gaana you've posted..

Bechaara loses out on Reena Roy to Jeetendra in that!!

Off-topic..

Whenever I hear Balwant Kaur song, it reminds of a Sinhalese song that guys used to sing in my class. The first 4 lines were the same but after that, rest everything was in English and generally on our class girls.. 😛

I thought I will share here 😃 😃 I couldn't find the whole thing in English, but that guy sings a few lines in English though (@1:15)... Sharmi u might understand it better... 😆 😆

DIVS -- love the songs yaar. And true, off all the kapoor's in his generation onwards, he was the only actor with some serious talent. Under-appreciated and underrated indeed! I love Chintu!!

Dhoop Kinare --- one of my favorite serials. Another example of understated brilliance --- first one being Barun😍😆!!
No seriously, I was appalled when I saw the remake and stopped!! Now i watch it sometimes to confirm that i was right to stop!!!

Dhoop Kinare was the story of a young intern and an older doctor! Very well scripted and executed. KTLK is a remake --- but not quite the same, putting it mildly!
