Sometime we use our mouth to get proper grip instead of the hand. I think maybe the bangle piece might have gone more inside her wrist if he hadn't used his mouth. There can be two possible reasons for that

Why? the most logical reason would be because the bangle is made of glass. When bare fingers are used to remove it, they could be slip through the glass piece (due to sweat on fingers) and end up causing more injury. A plier or a tweezer would have been the ideal choice. perhaps, ASR does not have a first aid kit in his car. So he used the next best weapon he had - his teeth. Teeth could have given him the grip required to extract the wedged piece of glass. 😊

Now the romantic notion - using his teeth is more attractive to the fans and the TRPs😛

Joke apart i think he was having problem to remove it with his fingers may b coz the glass was kind of deep inside so he removed him with his teeth!!😳😆
