After the almost Payal cancelled wedding the second time I think Kushi musters up the courage to speak to Arnav about it and though they will marry it wont be a complete hatred marriage after all. It is good if she confesses first to Arnav. We all thought this incident was brought up for Arnav to own up what he did but CV's proved us otherwise. The whole point of highlighting this incident was for the Gupta family to realise that they should not hide anything from Raizadas . Both sisters will have a heart to heart talk and Kushi will speak to Arnav about it. They both know they are in love with each other but will not confess to each other atleast not now.
