I was just watcing SBS segment and realised that Arnav was tending the cut mark and cleaning the blood...
Last time he had hurt Khushi in guest house by breaking her bangles and could not help her after rescuing..Payal had stopped him doing so...and today d day has come...he is running and hurting himself too...and now healing her hounds due to broken bangles...😃
