Doesn't fit Khushi's Character

According to SBS, Khushi hurts herself to prove her love for Arnav... but i feel such an action does not fit Khushi's character...and I would like to believe that SBS will be proven wrong...there should be some other scenario..maybe Arnav was driving the car too fast because of his anger and Khushi's hand banged somewhere (remember she is scared of driving too fast?)

Looks like Arnav's car had broken down...but does not look like its been in an accident...

sbs clarified in the beginning- they had made up the story.its 'mangadhith'..which means it aint true.
