as arnav always is in challenge mood...i think when the raizada will ask for khushi's hand on havan day for arnav...khushi as she is confused and thinks that arnav can never love...she will refuse him...and so arnav will take as a challenge and tell her how can u refuse me...so khushi will say i will never ever marry u ...and arnav will say u will marry me 2morrow itself along with payal and akash wedding ...and if u dont marry i will not let payash marriage...and as khushi said to payal she will only think of her marriage she will agree...
another scenario could b...raizada family comes to know of payal previous marriage broken...and mami refuses to let akash marry...khushi will b helpless and go to arnav to tell mami not to stop the marriage...so arnav will tell that if i convince mami and dont let her stop the wedding then will u marry me as well...
