Defending NK: Dont Hate The Playa, Hate the Game!

Let the soothing ARHI scenes of the Maha Episode and the smacking sounds of our leads kissing lull you into peace! My dears, what the hell did NK do? He is a guy, who's clearly intersested in Ms Gupta, and who's interest is returned quite nicely thank you very much. She is using the poor guy for a variety of purposes, thus proving to me that Khushi Kumari Gupta is very conscious, as she SHOULD be, of her feminine wiles, and god given beauty/patao-factor. I am not blaming Khushi, a girls gotta bring it when she's trying to play the game with the mightly ASR, but check it out:

NK has, so far:
Helped KKG set up a desi party at her request
Brought her as a date to the party, and acted as her partner
Danced very closely with her (Desi Girl)
Taken her home and comforted her/been phone buddies with her
Been her dance partner, and been teased by her
Spoken directly to her about how he thinks she's wonderful, without her rejection
Been the one who convinces her to stay back, enjoy tea/wash haldi off /spend time with him
Been welcomed by her and family when he went with flowers on New Years Eve
Been the one she sits next to, eats with, runs around Raizada House with
Is the one she asks for flirty churi choosing sessions, where she wears his pick

(PS- this last scene was a HUGE deal for my husband, who turns out to be terrifyingly into churis, and is apparently very strict about how picking them and seeing them shaken in front of the face is the husband/boyfriends sole job and prerogative, no one else's! That scene pissed him off !)

Khushi has been using him yes, innocently, yes, but he's a guy, and has received much more "signals" that she at least likes him and finds him fun to be around than Shyam her fiance ever did. Its natural for him to be interested in Khushi, and if ASR can ogle her, why cant NK? She's single, mingles more with him and has a better time in his company than (apparently) with ASR, and NK has not hidden his interest in her, he tells everyone, Khushi included, that he likes her, and finds her wonderful! Whats awful about a single interested guy staring somewhat lustfully at his crush's milky, creamy bare back? These are adults, and a crush doesn't mean cutting cardboard hearts and gifting chocolates at this stage of life!

He hasnt tried to touch that exposed back, and he was quite embarrassed when he got caught-it was harmless, and not cause for "I Hate NK" tee shirts! And before I get the Khushi's virgin purity was damaged! maar daalo usko! I'd like to remind you kids-Khushi wears a thinner dupatta around her neck than Lakshmi does about her body-when she changes her dental floss dupatta for actual cloth, we"ll talk!

PS: I LOVE Khushi, and her use of NK! Girl Power! Go Khushi! Toss that thread in the air and kiss EVERYONE!

thnkuuu soo much for dis post...🤗...i too was disappointed wid his ogling...but i get ur point...hes an adult guy...n dis sort of attraction is normal esp. wen khushi gives him sooo much space...but one things for sure..there is a big difference between his oglings n perverts ogling...NK wud never cross his limits n get intimate wid her forcefully like shyaam did...🤢

Exactly...she's using him as a tool...milking up all the reactions she can get from ASR ...that poor bechara doesn't even know he's being used 😆...but thinks the ONE he likes is returning his feelings...he's the one that is at the end of receiving a wrong signal...that too purposefully

I agree, I was pretty shocked that NK was checking Khushi out so openly and was slightly 🤔 about it, but then again he's made no attempt to hide the fact he likes her. He openly says it to everyone including herself so it's clear he has a crush on her, or is at the very least extremely fond of her.

So he got carried away in the moment and checked her out...Wasn't too keen on how they showed that he was getting turned on by her bare back but we needed that to see the contrast between Arnav in the first epi and Arnav now. And at least NK had the grace to look ashamed and embarrassed afterwards.

All is fair in love and war. 😉
