When a man loves you, and when he wants you

Hi there,
Am back from the year end holidays and was catching up on the comedy bonanza!
And the fun and frills apart, I was wondering why would a young woman just out of her teens not react to Arnav or for that matter NK or Shyam or just about any man??
Its mind boggling.
Much as I love Sanaya show her comic timing👏, I feel there is a critical aspect in Khushi's age which is totally mis-represented by the creatives...lets leave NK and Shyam apart...but Arnav who is clearly attracted to her, how can she not be conscious of him?
And I can only rely on my own tryst with the thing called love and attraction.😆
As a teenager, I had a crush on a few men, Leonardo Di Caprio leading the pack😆. ...be it the casual dates or just the excitement to meet someone...that is what any young person would feel...moving on I remember when my boyfriend and I first started realising our feelings, but we were not ready to voice out,...the tension in the air, the heady feeling everytime we got together was awesome, the eagerness to meet him...and the dejection when he did not react as expected...if I was aware of anything at that time...it was him!
Yes post getting together there is a lot of romance and love and respect...but the thrill of him getting closer is just not the same😳
So seriously, isnt there the familiar rush of emotions or adrenalin if you like when that someone special is around.
By all logic Arnav is a very attractive person (and as far as Mr Sobti ...phew😳...he is in a league of his own), be it his swagger, his looks, his attitude, his powerful assertions or just the eyes. The part I most find attractive in him is that up until now he is the only one who uses his brain power as much as the brawn power. 😆 Cleary something not many Indian male TV leads do.
But that aside, how can you not feel a rush of excitement when he is around, especially the close proximity that you as Khushi have shared with him at times.
No 18-20 year old can be so oblivious of the physical effects 😆..let alone the emotional effects of someone like Arnav around.
Unless of course, you belong to the unique breed called, pyaar or thought about men are to be had only after marriage and absolute mental virginity till then...😆
as for physical virginity or even intimacy...given that most SP heriones manage a Suhaag raat after 2-4 years and 703269846876 episodes...I have no hopes of a more than a peck on the cheek, if at all, between ASR Khushi😆

i think Khushi could feel those feelings with Arnav around her, but she's scared to voice them out or even think about it! Arnav's reaction at her expressions on Diwali was like, "No, whatever you are thinking is trash!". so i think its natural that she wouldn't want to think about it at all or just pretend that there isn't anything from her side!
and as far as teens are concerned, eight months back, i was still a 14-year old and this really cute guy asked me out. Turned out that this was the guy i had feelings for and well, we went out for a week and he dumped me exactly pretty much like Arnav reacted to khushi and told me that i was a part of his little act he needed to do to get his ex- back! Well, with my lets say, troubled past i don't even believe that love could last for real. and a person without love is better off. I have friends who are boys but they are regular people for me. i don't feel anything much from the,!!

I think Khushi's character haven't been messed up at all! its perfect and realistic!! Her naivety, innocence, childlike behavior is still the same as it was in the first episode!

The Creatives are having trouble to move the story ahead because of the TRPs but they haven't messed up the lead characters yet!! If you've been through what they are showing the characters go through, then you'll realize that its pretty realistic!

I am all for her squahsing those feelings. Why should she give in just because he is attracted to her? He has not said he loves her.

I 100 percent agree - with you . How can Khushi be so oblivious of ASR's physical presence ? I wrote something similar in another post today .
Barun and Sanaya had excellent chemistry , but they are in the process of losing it and losing it big time .

Ok first things first 🤗...appreciate your response and sorry if I reminded you of something not so nice
Dearie, ...no man or person can decide whether you are special or not ...you are special, each one of us is😊...so just because one boy decided you were not his type does not mean that you are bad or that love does not exist.
I am sure as you go along you will come accross many people and hopefully that someone special who will value you.😊
As for ASR-Khushi...well I am someone who watches serials for the stories or if not that then just for time-pass...i like Sanaya and Barun and find them the least boring on TV right now...but as far as logic goes, this serial seems to be losing it...
I agree TRPs are very important as the serial is a commercial product after all...
But all commercial and creative licences apart...there is something in life called pride in your work and what you do as a person😳...and sadly this production teams seems to be sidelineing this...If you are a creative person, be proud of your conviction and tell the story you want to tell...that is of two people of different social strata falling in love...not a merry go round or a game of snakes and ladders😳
No offence to anyone...just my personal perception about the way the story is shaping up
Thanks

Thanks Rima😊
I respectfully think otherwise...based on what I have seem, if there is anyone Arnav loves as much as his sister or even more...it is Khushi,
And the Khushi whom we saw in the earlier part of this serial should by now know that Arnav loves her...Anybody who sees his little gestures, despite his tough exterior and acidic words ...and the way he looks at her ...would know that.😳

Hey thanks for replying 😊
yes how can she be so oblivious is beyond me...if nothing else the physical presence of an atrractive guy who touches you should invoke a blush, a reciprocated attraction or even plain disgust if you dont like him...
but a comic reaction or just the thought of a game of who wins first would be the last thing on my mind

There is absolutely no reflection at all on the part of the female character. It is ridiculous. She does not have to let on about anything, but goodness gracious, when I was 18 years old, daydreams and night times were filled with imaginations of the opposite sex. And given how filmy she is being shown, why can't we have a comedy of her dreaming of a sequence from a movie where she is the heroine and the hero is ASR and she wakes up saying 'what the'. These CVs are just not interested in how Khushi feels - they just write what she should do next to get the next laugh, make ASR look like a fool and occassionally, remind the audience that she is a woman therefore, she must cry.
