Why on earth should Khushi love Arnav now?

I thought the whole point of the show was that they cannot keep away from eachother despite themselves. Esp Khushi... Arnav took the decision not to act on the attraction The way khushi's character is going at the moment, I would not be surprised if he avoids her.. As rima said, I would too avoid her. Very OTT for my liking. But I love watching watching them together.

That is why they say Love is unconditional...u dont love a person only if they reciprocate ur feelings , and also, you dont always fall in love with a person who would whisper sweet nothings in ur ear...

Take Arnav for eg .. right under ur nose ... what reason does he have to justify why he is in love with Khushi? there are thousands of girls around him, a high %ge of them fairly attractive, a handful of them may also be the innocent nice kinds who are not out to dupe a rich man... why Khushi?

Love is unconditional and with no reason... a girl cd be in love with a so-called brute for no reason, and a guy cd be in love with an ever effervescent "16 going on 17" adolescent for no reason

I agree but the CV's and the show has changed so much, what happened to Khushi and Arnav being able to sense each other (unlikely but was unique to them) and I also miss Khushi's dhak, dhak, dhak ... she used to react to Arnav physically or used to be aware of him but the Rabba Ve moments lately seem to have less of this from her side. The best we got today was when her hand started shaking after the slap.

I think Khushi needs to either deliberately quench her feelings for him or start having more dhak, dhak, dhak .. this haar jeet thing though fits in with the Sangeet wedding theme just makes things from her side look a little less meaningful and childish.

One of my major irritations with ArHi's bedroom scenes today was how she didn't register how quickly Arnav forgave her and became caring when she started crying .. instead she went on about the sangeet.

But the scene is incomplete yet - we'll find out if there is a BANG tomorrow as promised!

Love is unconditional but not foolish. Khushi could still love him unconditionally and I think she did. She watched with pain as he tried to tie the know with La. And as for Akash kind of 'Love at first sight' I don't believe in it. Love should be time tested and genuine and not based on juut attraction.

I am assuming this is in response to my earlier post on this thread

True its unconditional not foolish ... so whether to act on that love or not , is a person's decision entirely.

For eg., Arnav is attracted but for him it doesnt make sense to act on it, so he stays in denial. For eg , Khushi has taken a decision not to act on those initial feelings she had after the Diwali fiasco.

But the reality is that she did have those feelings ...so if she was attracted at that time , she is attracted even now, because it makes no sense to say that a person fell out of love just because she did not get a reciprocation...it doesnt happen that way. A person still stays in love even if unrequited love.

The issue which is creating a furore in the forum right now is, the CVs are not showing that inner turmoil in Khushi, which we know should exist, because Love is unconditional.

i so totally agree. khushi should have self respect and tell him off.. if he loved her.. he would not behave the way he does. she should just answer him .. they make khushi look so dumb when in todays age... even if you wear salwar kamezz you can answer back with confidence and self respect..

Khushi should feel sexual attraction for someone , A 18-20 year old girl , spending hours in proximity with men should feel some sort of attraction , be it for ASR, NK or Shyam . This can be shown in many ways , especially by making her conscious about it. No need for hyperventillating .

She should remember equally what bad and good ASR has done for her and her family. It can be shown as her internal dilemma and monologue .

haha... Sunaina... She did feel a little conscious when right after the Rabba Ve on the bed when Arnav was staring at her... haha don't know what her dupatta is covering but she tried to adjust it!!!
Thats the only thing she showed in weeks!!!

I miss the internal monologue... why did they stop it???? Damn you LM!!!
