yes, his senses stopped .. we sw how he blanks for a brief sec when Khushi says , this is my E ring..then slowly his eyes narrows, his eyes begin to wander restlessly as he begins to realize the implications , then looks at her with narrowed eyes, before dropping the ring in sheer shock..A exquisite moment !! ..

He is his own worst enemy !!
