well i think arnav will hate khushi thinking that she was marrying shyam knowingly everything...and so arnav will hate her for that but marry her to save his sis marriage...and khushi will also hate arnav as arnav might b blamed later on for breaking payal and akash's love...payal might agree for akash love but then someone will break up their love and khushi will blame arnav for it as she might think that arnav is responsible for giving pain to her sis...so this is how their marriage will start on hatred from both the sides...
