It is just that despite their love for the Arhi scenes, the audience needs the plot to move forward...get the conflict-resolution on Shyam etc in motion---this could lead to solutions or further complications, but there has to be an ever so slight pace forward.

It also wouldn't hurt, at this juncture, to also show us a bit about Arnav's past, what turned him into who he is...maybe an Anjali and Nani flashback.

@bold - I am praying for this because it has been a long time coming. Why are they so hurt? What made ASR rage against the world? How was his sister's marriage ruined? Why does Nani think love marriages are destruction? It's about time some of these are addressed.

The last girly giggly scene was OTT..but I like the episode overall

Zain - I thought believe it or not, the story moved in today's episode but it was in little chunks not really woven into the episode. They bits just kind of came. I couldn't get over the tfc - I cringed - I also could not deal with lipstick re-app La and Abhaas's acting I found ridiculous. The whole Payal thing was endearing to me but in the end I thought, again Khushi is the one who has to bite the bullet whereas, Khushi was out tracking down the dulhaa for Payal's wedding jitters.

The story is stagnating post Diwali. I hope those screenwriters are furiously writing.

I have never claimed as an ASR fan. Honestly speaking I despise men like ASR and Shyam despite they have some same and different personality traits. I just find it hard to watch a man continuously and repeatedly abusing this girl who is nothing other than honest. So she works. So what? Has he forgotten this same girl wanted to return an extra silver coin she thought she received by mistake.

I'm tired of seeing him been defended because he is resisting himself from love and he had a terrible past! Who doesn't have a past ?I would say Get over yourself ASR!

I just want to see an independent Khushi.

Do you think I have defended him? Where exactly have I said what he is done is correct? That is passing my judgements on him. I am watching a story unfold and am explaining what I see unfolding.

@bold - But that is what Khushi says to him in her own way. When she defends herself - that is what she is indirectly saying. Just let the story be - it is a piece of fiction. It is not meant to be a socio-economical commentary on our times. There are flying dupattas and goats with vests on in this serial for goodness sake. Some perspective please.

Hey Anu!

I am just fed with the posts bashing ASR...He s not a usual hero...not a guy who will follow the lady like a love sick puppy wherever she goes, forgetting his business...
He will try to bounce back to prove his words ...love means nothing to him...He will go to any extent to prove this!
And also I don't get this Ahoy!CVs type posts...Why people cannot wait for story to unfold?
Yes,having a past cannot be an excuse for his behavior towards Khushi, personally I will never try to meet such man second time,if I see one...but it is his character and that is it!

I m yet 2 watch the epi...but I will!
Much needed post!

@Ella - you know I saw the Gone with the Wind Rhett Butler post - and all I thought was, poor Margaret Mitchell would have been told that Rhett had to change because he was a beast before she even finished the masterpiece she was writing had it been a serial.

Anu Thanks alot.
Are we defending ASR . No. We are not . ASR is wrong and that is how his character is . Let him be the way he is. He is a fictional character.
But we cant change the fact that Khushi loves him . No amount of his misbehavior and rudeness will make her turn away from him. May be temporarily , but at the end they will unite.
I think the chief writer is on leave and they are filling up the episodes with TFCs and dupatta. And I unsderstood that if we are to watch a 4 lions serial we will have to live with these two things : TFC and dupatta . 🤢
