I think behind all that hardness...she did come across a soft hearted ...emotional man...like on Raksha Bandhan ...how he was emotional with his Di...and how he was with that little girl at the Mandir...little little things...i am sure mattered to her...she did not force herself to fall in love with him...it just happened for her...i feel...even in the beginning he was so cruel to her...but he did save her from being hit by the car...and rectified his mistake by saving her from the guest house...when she woke up after fainting...after he brought her home...the first thing she felt was his gentle touch on her face...though she brushed away the thought...how kind he was to her on Teej day...and in the jungle trip how he took care of her ...the sickness and the Goons...she has realized he is a tough nut to crack and he is arrogant and meanness is his second name ...but she has accepted him the way he is ...and she did not fall in love at the first sight ...it was slow and steady...

There are lots of bubbly girls around his office - why Khushi?? She dares face him. Why is that endearing and not offensive to ASR? La also dares to face him, he bites her head off.

Khushi finds in Arnav the one person who shuts down the Lucknow Express and makes her think before speaking. Whatever comes out of her mouth, he holds her to it. They both enjoy the battle of wills because each is very strong in his/her ego.

Khushi did not fall for this man knowingly. She began to see past his mask, starting with the little girl at the mandir. When she threw the tea on him, he didn't utter a word against her. She began to notice the little ways in which he was unrakshas, just for her. His sorry, which she did not think she would get, taking care of her in Nainital. The support he quietly lends her during babuji's crisis.

Love knows no boundaries,it just happens anytime anywhere and with anyone.Sometimes you cannot pinpoint why you love someone even when they are horrible yo but it's something about the way they make you feel.In Khushi and Arnav's case there was an instant connection even though it was in the form of hatred but there still was that somethibg there that made the two restless about each other.Khushi has also got to see the caring,softer side of Arnav and knows now that he is not such a rakshas as she first made him out to be and vice versa with Arnav too as he has seen a side to Khushi which is innocent and childlike and that amuses and fascinates him too.
Love is something that destiny brings to your door and sometimes has no logic or answers as to why it has happened.

i think in arnav's case it was attraction first. remember the first episode where she trips and falls from the fashion ramp.(it still gives me the goosebumps watching it). then it was pique that she dares to challenge him and then her bubbly nature. the trauma of of having lost their parents also binds both of them and is very predominant factor for arnav.
