I think Arnav will very soon learn about khushi's upcoming wedding. He will somewhat be forced to attend the wedding with Anjali. With both his wife and bro in law, Shyam will not be able to come to his own wedding. Somehow people will start taunting Khushi's family. Maybe Buaji will add her bit, remind Khushi that she was adopted and somehow turn it in Khushi's fault.
Arnav will get super angry and in his fit will marry Khushi much to his sister's delight! I do not want Shyam to be revealed so soon. He might decide to move to another house with Anjali. There has been mention of the other house a few times. He will continue being a snake and torturing the family somehow! I reckon Arnav will be the first to find out and will make him hate and love Khushi at the same time.
