In todays epi when Khushi asked to Arnav to stop lying then Arnav said that you are also telling lie, ( tumare dil me kuch aur hai aur tum karte kuch aur ho) your heart is telling something & you are doing different thing. what is the meaning of that?😲 Is arnav read anything in khush's eye which is unknown by khushi😳 .

I think he means about love. According to him, there is nothing called a lasting relationship, no two people can love each other or stay with each other forever. Maybe he believes that Kushi is deceiving herself by believing otherwise and hence, isn't true to herself?
