He meant that she does "natak" of being good to everyone.. She is not the way she is, whereas he very well knows how she is.. He is just using all these words so that his words cause her mental pain..

i hope nt i wish der was a meaning behind it n isbut i do think da mre he is mean 2 her its his way of keeping her away frm him because its kkg who is making him becum a bit softer
