when she started to meddle into his life with this whole "shaadi" concept...because of kushi lavanya's view had changed from live in to wanting to get married...
arnav wanted lavanya to live in with him not get married
kushi jobs was to train lavanya to become a better "bahu"
thats why arnav accepted it because di wanted it but when she started training lavanya from a bahu to a pathni thats when arnav had problem with it because thats not what he wanted...

so...basically what he meant was to stay away from his life meaning stop meddling with his personal issues...
i hope im making sense...lol
