I think what Lavanya said to ASR in his anger was the best part of the show today. When Khushi was there, she was all Bharatiya-Nari and twisting her dupatta. But faced with ASR's impolite shouting, she suddenly seemed to remember that she was Lavanya, his girl-friend and lover, and not used to be treated so rudely by him. I loved how she told him not to raise his voice, and that what she didn't want was to live in two separate rooms.

ASR is so obsessed with the idea that Khushi is winning with everyone around him, and even he himself sometimes, that he is losing perspective on how to deal with even non-Khushi things sanely.

But Poor Guy. Full of a headache, and tired from work, and faced with evidence that Khushi Kumari Gupta is winning even his girlfriend. I so sympathised with him when he told her that when in his world, when people interfered with other's personal lives, it is called Batameezi. And what BullShit Khushi said about don't hide your weakness as a lifestyle. I thought her calling his choices a weakness was totally Batameezi. But then again, she has learnt how to be rude to others from the master of rudeness himself, ASR. Too bad he doesn't like being paid back in the same coin.

Both of them were churlish and uncivilised today (although ASR at least had some justification). Lavanya _shone_.
