When anjali asked her if she misses her parents, she replied saying there is no other option as those who die will never come back, only memories are left behind..."jo guzar jaate hai, woh wapas nahi aate, sirf unki yaadein aati hai"

thats why arnav is feeling guilty, as he didnt knew that she really understands his pain and wasnt just offerring fake sympathies...

Thanks for the update!!...I have a quick question- yesterday Khushi's parents implied that they weren't her real parents so can anyone tell me what happened to her parents?
