I think he is still a virgin.
ASR never got cozy with la.
And he said in the initial episodes that lavanya is the one who can waste his 10 minutes without permission. Lekin 10 minut mein kya hota hai???
ASR is always busy with his business and paisa.
Inn sab ke liye time nahi hai uske paas.

Its very weird that someone can ask this kind of question in the 21st century. Of course, he is not a virgin. Of course LAVANYA is not just a friend ARNAV is in a kind of relation with him, but still doesn't wish to marry her implies they must have had sex.

Being a human one has certain desires. Some of it may be

1. To be loved

2. To be respected

3. One may have some physical or sexual desires too

I don't really understand why it is considered a taboo in India. I am in favor of a live in relationship as I believe it helps us to understand a person better before marriage
