It's Sabi.
Back with a new OS.
This comes as Naina made me do this because I'm JBOTW. *sigh*
LOLL.
Okay, word of caution. Khushi is gonna be OOC in this one. Arnav is gonna be the same arrogant bas***d he always is.. but he's also slightly OOC.

"Well you know what Arnav, screw you too!" Khushi fumed. Silently. There was no way in Hell she'd be able to say that to him without some dire consequences. Getting kicked out of the office for one, perhaps a suspension if she really ticked him off.
But she knew there was no way he'd fire her. He cared too much to let her go. But that was the problem.
He cared too damn much. & that's why things were the way they were.

"How many times do I have to tell you, I cannot eat sweets. What the hell is wrong with you?" he yelled at the staff. Once again, they had (bravely) brought him some cake. And were currently hovering around, not knowing what to do.
Arnav glared at them, but they made no effort to move. That was until she walked in. And then suddenly, all five staff members scurried down the stairs, far, far away from the impending doom. They wondered who would be first to leave - the boss or her.
Arnav sat there, knowing he was in for it now. He knew she was going to scold him for what he had done.. but he wasn't going to back down without a fight.
To his surprise, she simply cut a small piece of the cake, and pressed it to his lips, forcing him to open up and eat.
"Arnav, it's sugar-free. I made it this morning. I don't care what you have to say. I promised I'd make cake for you on your birthday, and I have. Please eat without complaint. I need to go."
But before she could leave, he held her hand. He couldn't contain his surprise that she did this for him; that she remembered... that she cared. What had he done to deserve her?
She turned to look at him. And tried so hard not to reveal her happiness. She realised her simple act of kindness had him open up. She had been trying for so long, and all it took was to remember his birthday for him to finally show her how he felt?
Suddenly a tear trickled down her cheek, and splashed onto his hand. He looked up and saw the red tinge in her eyes. Not knowing why she was crying, he quickly stood up and engulfed her in a hug. She wasn't going to be upset. Not today.
Not if he had anything to do about it.
"Anjali Di. I'm sorry."

Khushi stood at the foot of the stairs, not knowing whether or not she should go upstairs and tell him. But then she heard a mingle of laughter.
Huh? Since when does Arnav openly laugh? Unless of course it's at me?
Not wanting to intrude, she walked back to her desk. & then she saw it. She saw Anjali & Arnav. Khushi smiled through her tears. Brother and sister had finally made up. After a solid year and a half of not talking.
No matter how much Khushi had tried to talk to him about it, Arnav had refused. Anjali wasn't to be mixed up in his problems, no matter how much she wanted to help her brother. Having Khushi's support and love was enough for him. Even if he couldn't marry her just yet.
But it seemed that finally a road of light was shining through the fog. Anjali & Arnav making up was all he needed to become the happy man she knew lay inside him.
Khushi sat down, a grin on her face.. things were definitely looking up. Or so she thought. She rubbed her tummy softly.

Now how's that for an OS?
Very open-ended isn't it? ;)
<3 you.
