Rekha...Loved ur post very much...water in love symbolises...sensual or sexual feelings...mostly...and sweets give stamina... And represents pleasure too...
I especially loved ur rasogulla... Scene... As all others too...great going. Thanks... For ur efforts.

And mainly loved... How shlok gives adtha extra sweets..get what I said...
And thank god he didn't... Take water or sweets from RIA...whatever he wants... Love or loving... He has astha to satisfy him.

thanks. water is used in anjali-aastha scenes too. aastha gave anjali water when she was sick and she splashed her with water a few times accidentally. i'm not sure if it represents only sensual feelings, though it was used in a sensual context in aastha-shlok scenes a few times.
but sweets i think are used only between aastha-shlok. so sugar/sweet represent sensual feelings probably, because sweet is something that is enjoyed with the senses.

Numerous times!

Just like fire, water also represents love in EBP. If fire is the kind of love that is burning in them steadily, water is the kind of love that overflows or that drowns/drenches them. Sweets or Sugar is the kind of love that fills your being with sweetness.

First water scene that comes to my mind is the broken tap that drenches them near Aashram. There was an EBP of this scene on the terrace during Niranjan Vs Oldies track.

Second one is the Autowala incident where Shlok saves Aastha.

Then there is that scene during their first jungle adventure, where Shlok pushes Aastha into a pond and later he too jumps in to rescue her.

There had been two shower scenes - one in the office fire accident, another one in their bathroom under the shower.

All of them do explain their uncontrollable, overflowing emotions that drown or drench them.

Coming to the sweet or sugar, Shlok gave Aastha juice and then some glucose water(both water and sugar), when she fainted during Nirjal vrath. Nirjal vrath(literal meaning water less fast) symbolizes lack of love.

He made her sit on his lap and stuffed her mouth with Rasgollas once. (If you want to let your mind run wild, I'm not stopping you!)

They fed each other sweets when they were testing the sweets for Jyothi's wedding at the beginning of their stranger game and also when they ended it with sweet confessions just before the wedding. Shlok offers her another bite of the laddoo in this scene but Aastha refuses.

Looks like Shlok wants to give extra sweet to Aastha. Everytime he gave her something sweet, he did it at least twice😆

And yeah, he refused both water and sweet from Ria today. Sorry Ria! He doesn't want to either eat or drink from you. Please find another Shlok.
